I had exactly the same scam run on me. I purchased the garden kneeler via an promotion on Facebook, and 5 weeks later received a foam pad not unlike those sold at Dollar Tree ($1!).
I complained through email communication, providing my receipt as proof of purchase, as well as screen shots of the garden kneeler and pictures of the cheap foam pad they shipped to me. As with everyone else, they tried to tell me I received exactly what I ordered, even in the face of all my supporting documentation.

I am awaiting response to my most recent communication, wherein I demanded they make this right. I expect the same answer that others have received.

If you found this review while researching Pamonny.com prior to purchasing from them, congratulations on being smart enough, and vigilant enough to look into an unknown company before you hand over your hard earned money - I certainly wish I had, and you can bet I learned my lesson.

Please-DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a folding knee gardener that was on sale from the Pamonny website. I paid $22.98. After waiting almost to months, I get this little foam knee pad that I could purchase for about $3 at the dollar store. I emailed them and told them this was not the item I ordered. Their reply back that it was What I ordered. I enclosed a copy of my order plus a picture of the item I ordered. Their reply was it was no longer in stock. However they would give me 15% off my next order. Asked for a full refund. Beware purchasing from this company.

I only received 2 pads and bags, and when I e-mailed them, they claimed thats what I ordered! I sent a photo of what I ordered. They said I ordered the wrong thing and that there were 3 choices. They don't even have the "Stools" online anymore-BIG SURPRISE!

OMG!!!! I ordered 5 of the collapsible garden kneeler pads and received only the pad.

I am out here reading the reviews and wish i had thought to look sooner.

This is nothing but pure dishonesty. Advertised one thing and send another.

Pamonny company is based in China and is a complete scam. I ordered 3 Garden Kneelers and only received the 3 pads. After complaining the spokesperson told me I had ordered wrong. I didn't! Now she is emailing me daily offering me partial refunds for me to give them a good review. I think it's too late. First she offered me 20% then 25% and today 30% refund. I told her I would accept no less than a 100% refund. Don't do business with them. Contact them and ask for a refund.

Same experience as most of the others. I ordered the collapsible "garden kneeler" $15.99+shipping. Tried several times throughout the course of the order to get it canceled and was each time rebuffed and asked to be patient. Eventually recieved a flimsy rubber pad. Still trying to get it resolved.

The product arrived 3 weeks late and INCOMPLETE! They refuse to send the rest of the parts, (on backorder)and want me to pay $20 to ship it back, to get a partial refund!!!! They wont give a FULL refund, when only 1/4 of the product arrived. Then they offer a 15%. 25%. or 30% discount to buy more crap from them. This company is in China and a scam. STAY AWAY

After inquiring four weeks after placing the order for the garden kneeler ($15 plus $6 shipping), I received only a cheap foam pad. They did not accept responsibility for the mistake, and stated that I will have to pay the cost of returning the incorrect item. This was followed by offers of partial refunds of 15%, 25%, 30% and finally 45%. I refused the last offer. I wish had checked this website before placing my order, because I see that many people have had this same experience and have been scammed. Over two months later, I do not have the garden kneeler and also lost $22.

I ordered the Garden Kneeler and waited 2 months and only received the foam pad. This company needs to be shut down. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB.

Same thing as everyone is talking about. Ordered the Garden Kneeler and received a cheap rubber pad. 46 emails later, I realized that I was
not going to get a full refund so I accepted their 50% refund. I should have checked the reputation of this firm before committing to an order as I would never have ordered from them.

THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS IMMEDIATELY!! SAME ISSUE AS EVERYONE ELSE THAT ORDERED THE GARDEN KNEELER!! Paid $17.28 (include shipping) on 6 July and never got the kneeler. They wanted to give me 15% back if I did not write a bad comment for them. Did get a worthless pair of garden gloves but I want what I paid for: the garden kneeler!

I gave one star because -1 wasn't available. I got taken on the same garden kneeler scam, but my credit card company refunded the entire amount (I ordered three of them to get the discount and free shipping). I got three pieces of foam - dollar store quality - for $45. I just got a "sorry customer" email because they apparently noticed the charges were reversed by the credit card company. Avoid this website, they need to be shut down!

I ordered a Garden Kneeler for $19.95 which has the picture of a frame and a pad on both sides where you kneel. They send you a rectangular piece of rubber you can get from your local dollar store. Then they have the nerve to tell you that you ordered the rubber piece. Regardless that you showed them the picture of your item. then wants to give you a 15% refund. LOL This company should be shut down!!!!!!!!!

Yeah me too, got screwed with the foam pad. I will try to get it resolve by PayPal and go from there.
Tell all your family and friends not to go with this bunch of crooks.

I, like so many others ordered the garden kneeler. I received a small rubber/foam mat. This company is a rip off and I wish I had saw this site before I wasted my $22.00. They had the audacity to offer me 10-15% back on my purchase or I could send it back for the postage cost of $20.00. I WISH THERE WAS A WAY TO GIVE A NEGATIVE 10 STAR REVIEW.

Never shop here. Classic bait-and-switch scams. Stay away.

This is a bait and switch scam probably fronting a consortium of Asian companies operating from London. They advertise a complete product, ship part of it, and then demand the customer pay again for the rest of the assembly. They will pretend to want to make it right with email (no phone numbers) all signed by CS xxxx (Asian names all different). Do not purchase anything from these crooks.
