This company is a total scam. I also ordered the garden kneeler and received the cheap foam pads.

SCAM!!

Ordered the garden kneeler special and got a foam pad.
They told me too that it was what I ordered.
Long story short- after several emails with Pamonny and later through PayPal, I got 40% refund.

Total Scam.
I too purchased the garden kneeler. I sent them a picture of the cheap piece of foam they sent and was offered 25 percent off any of their other products. I would never ever buy anything from this company again.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! RIP OFF SCAM ARTISTS!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!!!

I truly feel very foolish, I should have check consumer reviews before buying from this sham of a company. all that I have read of other consumers reviews is exactly what I have experienced. Two pads, two bags after two months of waiting, Oh did I mention no bar that was pictured in the ad with this kneeler, and yes they are telling me that they sent what it was that I asked for. two small tail pads and two unattached bags, hell I could have gotten some cardboard for my knees and a plastic bag and kept it moving, I'll stop here before I lose my religion!

Ordered a couple garden kneelers from this company at 15.99 each. Waited 2 months for my package. Finally received it and it was two little pieces of foam that you kneel on without any foldable hardware, gloves, or the the pouch. I contacted CS and provided pictures of my order and the package they sent me. The package they sent clearly showed 2 pads for 10.00 (so 5.00 each). It was either the wrong order or just part of what I ordered but this company refuses to accept that and keeps telling me what I ordered is right even though the price is clearly printed on the package and is 10.99 less each than what I paid for my order. After 3 times of telling me I got what I ordered they finally told me to send the package back for a full refund. Thank goodness I ordered through PayPal because I doubt this company will actually do a refund without going through PayPal. I would not and will not ever order from them again!

Should have read reviews. The site appears to offer the bench for $16 plus shipping. You get pads and canvas bags. If you want the bench, you have to select it on the not obvious menu and it costs $100 dollars.
100 satisfaction guaranteed is a sham. Have to ship to China for more than the cost of the product. I am notifying Google and the us reshipping company.
Notice no reviews on site, but claim 99% satisfaction.

On 14 July 2020, I purchased a Garden Kneeler from Pamonny which was advertised on Facebook. I paid $15.99 for the Kneeler and 6.99 for Shipping. After waiting for over a month all I received was a small foam paid. Repeated correspondence with Pamonny they agreed to refund me 40% of the Kneeler cost if i returned that foam pad to their warehouse in China. The mailing cost is roughly $20. They gave no reason for not sending me the Kneeler. This company is involved in a scam and is doing a fraudulent business. I looked at the reviews of many other buyers and they all received only a cheap foam pad. The company refuses to refund the purchase amount. The company gives no reason for not sending the Garden Kneeler.

Fifty-two days ago, I ordered a $21.38 garden kneeler, but I received only a cheap foam knee pad! (Home Depot has something like that for $1.70)
The product supposes to weight 1.14 Kg, the one they shipped weight 0.05 Kg. It does not look like the one printed on the Pamonny web site and my order.
Now they offer a 10% refund even though they promised a 100% money back guaranty. There are more than 200 people who have the same problem with this company. Pamonny is scam-phony company. Please tell friends, family members, and anybody you know about this company and its scammy, phony practice.

Well, it’s good to know I’m not alone in being suckered by Pamonny’s “kneeler”. What I got for $22 including tax and shipping, was not the nice fold up bench prominently illustrated, but a small, cheap foam pad. Much better ones from Amazon at a lower price. This company is the epitome of “bait and switch”. Wish there were fewer stars than one to award this ripoff. And I wish I had seen the Trustpilot review page before I bought.

My wife also fell for the "Garden Kneeler" SCAM.
Ordered July 10,2020 - only received pad and pouch.
Been e-mailing requesting they deliver or refund.
They always have an excuse.
I intend to flood their inbox with a request daily for a refund.
The should be banned from FACEBOOK and several products route you to them.
DO NOT BY ANYTHING FROM PAMONNY......

Please anyone who has been scammed by this company and you used PayPal, they ruled in my favor! I got all the money back plus the shipping. If you open a case with Pay Pal be sure to include the email that you received showing the item that you thought you were getting! We need to stand up to this criminals! Go and file and do not give up! Do not give into Pamoney!

I too, recently ordered the "Garden Kneeler" from this SCAM company in CHINA. It was on sale and I paid $38.97 for two of these items seen on the pamonny.com site. When I finally received the package, I opened it to find two rubbers pads, no metal structure to assist kneeling down or seating, and no pouch as promised. Then, when they wanted me to return it at my expense for postage. Beware of this site and what they offer or you will get what all of us have gotten in return!!! I am going to report them! Go to this site and file a complaint against this company as I just did soonest at ftccomplaintassistant.gov

TOTAL SCAM. I fell for the kneeler advertisement just like all the other Reviewers.

On July 21, 2020, I ordered the Garden Kneeler. The price was $15.99 plus $6.99 shipping. Today, August 28, 2020 I received a foam kneeler pad. I wish I had checked reviews before I purchased this. I am going to contact my credit card and see if I have any remedies for this SCAM.

Should get zero stars. Ordered a Garden Kneeler, got two pads and nylon sack. When they are challenged, they offer a percentage refund, and say return shipping is $20 hoping to coerce consumers into accepting whatever they offer to avoid spending more money on a cheap item. I challenged via PayPay and got a full refund (thanks PayPal!).

I ordered the Garden Kneeler as others did as was sent a knee pad just like the others. I am a fool! Will be calling my bank to see if they will reverse the payment.

This company should be banned from FACEBOOK. It is a rip-off. Do not buy from them.

I should have checked here first as I too now own a $13 rectangle sponge. This company should be black listed from the Instagram where this charade began. No stars.

In absolute agreement with all of the other reviews. I received a pad instead of kneeler. A couple of emails and pictures back and forth with Pamonny and they ended up telling me that I had received the correct thing. Fraudulent and misleading website that I guess they are getting rich off of at $20 a customer.
