Very nice and worth it
I love this place the ice cream is made right in front of you it’s very entertaining
To watch them make it it’s quite pricey but it’s worth the money the ice cream in general is rlly good

The ice cream tasted very nice, however… i was keeping a space in line for a friend whilst she ordered, and one of the workers kept shouting at me to get out the collecting line because i myself hadn’t ordered, even though i had explained i was keeping a space for her. Also, it didn’t seem very sanitary as none of the workers had hairnets or gloves. It took 15mins to order and was way too overpriced.

People jumping the queue. I made the manager aware of the situation and he still did nothing. Careless. Ridiculous place. Definitely my first and last time.

Massive wait time
There were 2 guys working here and took in orders that would take them about an hour complete. We stood in line for absolutely ages...by the time we got the dessert I was so pissed off I didn't want it.
The poor workers must have dead arms by the end of their shift, but the system management....orders taken to time to make them....is a joke. Sorry

Lovely staff and delicious ice cream!
