Rude staff
Staff were miserable and impolite.
Lady with long black hair was clearly frustrated it was busy which I completely understand but shaking her head and telling us to just go and wait until called when it is not clear to do so was not great.
Not friendly and makes a fun experience no longer enjoyable… extra star was only because the food was nice

I've never seen such awful service in…
I've never seen such awful service in my life. The woman asked what we wanted, then said that unless we decided immediately, she would not serve us (we simple wanted to review then menu to decide.) She then made us wait over 20 minutes, while she prepared stock to put in the freezer, instead of preparing our active order. Utter disgrace. This woman has no business working in customer service

Service was disgusting
Service was disgusting. The line is always long and there is never enough staff. Today we waited while the man was on his phone choosing music. Then told me to wait while he sorts himself out. The staff need customer service training considering the price we’re paying for rolled ice cream.
