Dreadful service from DK AVS. My Lumix camera which had a well known fault was sent for a warranty repair. They said it was normal, no fault found and wanted to charge over £23 to return it to me. Panasonic ended up paying this. I returned it to John Lewis and they immediately saw the fault and refunded me in full. Beware, read the bad reviews this firm on here and Google.
