Easy to order with a smooth service…

Easy to order with a smooth service from the customer support team after I had put the wrong delivery address in. They had it sorted swiftly with no issues. The clothes are also great

Where is my order?

Placed an order on the 29th January. I’d like to preface this by saying I have no recollection of this being a pre order nor does my confirmation email state as such.
There was no movement on the order by 2nd February so I asked for an update to which I was told that what I’d ordered was out of stock, and would I like to exchange or refund. I asked for an exchange to a different size and was told “sorry for any confusion, your item is actually a pre order and will be shipped between 12-16th February.”
I also received an email on 3rd February saying that the shipment cartons containing the item I’d ordered had arrived damaged and that each unit was being quality checked in house before being sent out - “hopefully by the end of the week… Any more delays will be updated.”
I got back into contact with customer support over the weekend and as of today the 23/02/2026 I’ve had no response, nor has my item been shipped to me.
I’ve been told three completely different stories on the particular item in my order now.
If this is rectified and I have received my order by Friday 27/02/2026 at the latest, I will change my review to 3*. If not, I will have no choice but to contact my bank to file a charge back for items not received.

Really bad experience

Really bad experience:
- ordered a pair of pants on the website for a delivery in France
- the button of the pants broke instantly, although it was the right size
- I'm sending it back but need to pay 20€ for non-EU delivery so my refund is 86€ not 106€
- the only FedEx option for ship it back is super far from my place, actually only 3-4 options in Paris (!!), not a typical shipping point a few meters away

Do NOT buy from this company.
I cannot stress this enough. This company is a scam. My full experience is a long story, but here's the short version: I ended up paying nearly €200 out of my own pocket just to return their package. €200 for a return. On top of that, their support team is completely unresponsive, tickets go nowhere. Stay far away.

First time ordering with P&Co

First time ordering with P&Co.
I ordered two t-shirts for my brother in law.
They’re really nice thick cotton, very good quality at a very reasonable price.
Customer service I received after needing to exchange (I ordered the wrong size!) was exceptional- Gina was amazing! Really efficient, professional and friendly.
Will definitely order from here again!

I am trying to return an order and receive an exchange

It is now the 12th of February and I still have had no response.Update. Still no response. I have now sent a copy of email and proof of payment so here’s hoping.
I am trying to return an order. I paid my £3.50 and got an email saying my exchange was cancelled as I hadn’t paid. I have asked 3 times for this to be resolved b y email and chat and had no response. I have not received a return label or a QR code despite asking numerous times. I cannot track my exchange item as it says order not found so at the moment I am left with trousers that are to small. The customer service is terrible and the return process is increasingly frustrating. Very unhappy with this as they were recommended to me .

I have ordered many of P&Co products…

I have ordered many of P&Co products and I just cannot get enough of them! The fabric and fit is perfect, I absolutely love the waist adjusting button on the trousers, I have always struggled to find perfectly fitting trousers due to wider hips but smaller waist, these fix this problem perfectly! Colours are vibrant and the cotton makes the garments lovely and warm. Thank you P&Co!

I own various items from them, all of which are good quality and I love. However I ordered two items on the 29th with standard 2-4 working day delivery. As of today I am yet to receive them.

I have emailed then and messaged on the live chat and had no response. I am yet to receive a email confirming my order has been shipped.

Can you please assist or I will have to contact my bank to claim the money back as i have paid for goods and have not recieved them.

Scam!!

I returned clothes in the first week of December and they supposedly transfered back the money. I never received this and they are not cooperating on finding out where the money is, nor their partner Reveni. They also don't provide a phone number that you can contact and they ignore emails. Massive scam!!

As Beau explained when you first contacted us, your instant return was processed on the same day you submitted it. Since then, we’ve liaised with our returns provider, Shopify, and our accounts team, all of whom have confirmed that the refund was successfully issued. We’ve also shared this confirmation with you as proof.

At this stage, all parties have advised that the next step is to raise this directly with your bank, as the funds have left our system and are no longer within our control.

amazing quality and brand

I have been using p&Co for a couple of years now.

Their crafted collection- heavyweight cotton tee’s are exceptional, they are my main wardrobe staple, I have all colours now. And thy wash and last as if new each time!

Awful customer service - avoid!!!

Great products, AWFUL customer service.

I have been trying to resolve an order issue that has been ongoing for well over a month. It took four emails for them to even replyfor the first time.

Their website "live chat" is a complete lie - it just leaves a message they can take days to respond to.

The company that they outsource their returns and exchanges to (Reveni) is also extremely poor. If you have any issues with your exchanges, they will ignore your emails and chase you like a debt collector, even if you have resolved the issue and don't owe anything. P&Co have confirmed that everything is in order, and I am still being chased by them.

I don't know why a retailer that is, bluntly, not cheap, and is trying to position itself as quality is associating itself with such a dodgy and nasty company.
