We accidentally added an extra seat, which triggered an additional annual charge (fat fingers!). Fortunately, Jomarie stepped in promptly and resolved the issue, initiating a refund immediately. Technical support is non existant. After they sell you the product they disappear. I guess they think the AI can answer all questions but it can't. It literally takes days and if the system goes down you are screwed. After about 2 years of using it our company is probably going to move on.

Pandadoc is easy to sign up to and has some great features, but unfortunately we’ve been experiencing ongoing support issues. For several months now, we’ve been trying to resolve a problem with boxes in contracts floating around. We’ve sent a whole heap of information, including screenshots and HAR files, but there’s still been no resolution.
The boxes keep moving, which looks really unprofessional. I’ve tried calling, emailing, submitting tickets online, and a host of other methods over many months, but we still haven’t received any support or solution. We would like to request a refund, but even this has been difficult.
Given the cost of Pandadoc and the very limited support, we cannot recommend it.

RENTUJEMY has been a PandaDoc customer at for almost 3 years now.
Recently, while upgrading to the Enterprise package, one of our employees accidentally invited new members instead of guests, which triggered a $6,000 charge on our card.
We reached out to the PandaDoc team, and they handled it quickly and professionally, reversing the charges without issue.
I’m sharing this because I’ve seen some reviews suggesting otherwise, but our experience has been very positive and supportive.

I was trying to create a time sensitive document using Pandadoc and after more than 2 hours couldn't find a solution to create document via template and then to edit. Support is via chatbot which is useless then ticket is created and have to wait hours for a response

Somehow a vendor must have used pandadoc to have me sign something and it signed me up for their $65 membership without my knowledge. When I contacted the company to let them know that I had never used their software to my knowledge and didn’t even have a login account and requested a refund- they denied saying that their terms and agreements (that I never signed) stated I was not due a refund.. PREDATORY PRACTICES!!

I’ve experienced this for the first time in my whole life like why I was suspended even before I could receive my verification email. I can’t even use the service? Changing plans and limiting features just to force you into the next bigger pricing plan - and then writing notifications full of bs to try to disguise it. Embarrassing. At least be honest about your intention.. Strong recommendation for you who reads this: Select another provider - plenty of providers out there, only a search away.
Disgusting support
Disgusting support. They can just ignore requests for days at a time. They couldn't help to solve the problem, they only send template messages with apologies that don't make sense. There is no interest in helping the customer. I have been waiting for weeks for the problem to be resolved, but so far they have not resolved anything.
Awful support
Awful support. Takes 2 weeks to even start to fix the problem. All of our account managers disappeared, can't get a hold of anyone without jumping through the AI chatbox first.
Waste of money / Look elesewhere
Our firm took on a 1-year plan for PandaDoc. Shortly after signing up, we encountered a limitation that the software would only bundle a maximum of 10 documents into a signature package. Customer support is only available by "chat" or email feature (no telephone) and response times were painfully slow. Once we understood that the proposed workarounds were not suitable for our purposes and the company refused to increase the document bundling limit, we requested a pro rated refund for our plan as we could no longer make proper use of it. The company refused this request. If you plan on using this software, you should understand that there are more limitations of the software than may be advertised, the support is very poor and they stand behind their fine print and not their product.
NO support or care whatsoever
I have been a customer since 2023. They have a bunch of incredibly overpriced features. For that alone, we will look elsewhere. However, what made it worse is that I have been trying for over two weeks to speak with anyone on their team, having sent several emails, reminders, and completed their online form. ZERO reaction. They take my money and do not care. I will vote with my feet and recommend you do the same.

I upgraded to annual and they automatically moved me out of my grandfathered plan and lost features. When I told them about this they didn't do anything to correct the issue. I had to upgrade to get those features and now I am paying more. Seems a bit slimy to me. Going to look for an alternative and would avoid using them in the future.

Sadly, it’s time to say goodbye to PandaDoc
Customer support at PandaDoc has significantly declined in recent months. Instead of fast and competent assistance, we’re increasingly experiencing frustrating ticket ping-pong with no clear responsibilities or actual solutions.
What’s especially disappointing: We’re now being forced to upgrade from the Business plan to the much more expensive Enterprise plan just to continue using the small “Advanced Quotes” add-on – which was previously available as a separate feature. This add-on is now exclusively bundled with the Enterprise plan, which we find completely unreasonable.
After several years as a loyal customer, we are extremely disappointed by this development.
Support quality has gone down while prices have nearly doubled.
That’s it for us – goodbye PandaDoc.
