Great customer service, very nice people

Poor customer service, poor time delivery!
They are updating the time slot delivery schedule and they are coming after 12 hours later. Not to mention the customer service persons who are fed up of their jobs and not liking to provide details about the parcels you have sent. Horrible experience! The drivers are never answering the phone phones!

I send parcels from (UK) to Spain, during the time delivery I contacted the office for updates and the staff offered me all updates I needed. My box containing fragile personal items arrived on time to Spain (7 days) in perfect condition. Thanks Pandoras Courier for your professional services and staff 5️⃣🌟

Avoid this company Pandora's Courier, they do not deliver packages on time, if the truck arrives in Romania on Friday and unloads at the warehouse, the packages stay in their warehouse until Monday and then on Tuesday they send the package. If you have something perishable in the package, it gets damaged and they do not respond. The owner of the company is never available to solve urgent situations. The dispatcher answers and lies on the phone, then says that they will contact you, but in reality they do not contact you. I think it is one of the worst courier companies. Avoid this company, I do not recommend it.

I sent a parcel from the UK to Romania via Pandoras Curier. They did not provide clear delivery updates, did not inform us when the parcel would arrive, and when it was delivered, part of the contents was missing. This is not the first time this has happened. Unprofessional service, complete lack of transparency and parcel security. I do not recommend.
Am trimis un colet din UK în România prin Pandoras Curier. Nu au oferit update-uri clare despre livrare, nu au anunțat când ajunge coletul, iar la destinație a lipsit conținut din pachet. Nu este prima dată când se întâmplă. Serviciu neserios, lipsă totală de transparență și siguranță. Nu recomand.

My experience with Pandoras Courier has been extremely disappointing. I booked a collection for a parcel Romania → UK scheduled for December 16-17, but the dispatch team decided to start collection a day early, on December 15, without notifying me. My parcel was not ready, and during the busy holiday period it was impossible to find another transport until next year.

This is not the first time I’ve had issues with them: UK → RO deliveries have taken over two weeks, and when I tried to book a shipment to Italy, customer service did not even read my message after more than a week.

It’s clear that the company has expanded but does not have enough staff, and management and communication are completely ineffective. The only positive is the drivers, who are polite and professional, but they cannot compensate for the organizational chaos.

Conclusion: Pandoras Courier is not worth recommending. Instead of improving, the company is going from bad to worse. I will not use them again and do not recommend them to anyone.
