I sent 2 e-mails with pictures to the company and called 2 times, but I did not receive any answer. They just don't care. Worst service, never book with them again.

Huge Delays and Extremely Unprofessional Service
I had a reservation for the Târgu Mureș–Suceava route, with departure from Târgu Mureș at 12:20. I arrived at the pickup station around 12:00. I called the driver, and he told me he was still in Orăștie and that I should check myself how long it would take him to reach Târgu Mureș, as he didn’t know. The delay is at least 1 hour and 50 minutes, considering that he will also stop at various stations, and I was not even informed in advance by the driver.
This is an extremely unprofessional company, and I will never use their services again.

The worst experience ever, they never stopped for brake ! We asked for toilet and they stopped on the field for that!! Passing many gas station!!! The driver said to my wife i will leave you here that's embarrassing and degrading!
Guys are perfectly fine
I’ve moved countries so I used their service to slowly move my stuff.
Basically I’ve sent 5-6 boxes of 20+ kilos in a few batches and everything arrived perfectly fine. Even if some boxes got damaged, they were patched up and nothing was missing.
I do think communication can be improved and should be improved but all in all I got what I needed for a very good price so I don’t feel the need to complain.

Terrible service, useless employees
The employees are completely useless, they have no idea what’s going on. I was told my package would be shipped on a certain day, but it was actually sent much later with no explanation. Another package arrived after a few weeks (should’ve known better the next time). Total lack of professionalism. Would not recommend!

Horrible, the chauffeurs where very rude. They kept on using their phones while driving. They stopped at random moments without giving a reason and walked away. The drivers can’t speek a word English and are really rude. They yell when you ask what’s going on. Avoid!!!!

The chauffeurs were using their phone a lot while driving, stopping on the side of the road to smoke, and took the wrong directions. Nobody felt safe and they were mean.
They are safe
They are safe! I couldn’t go on a trip because of health issues and they paid me back the full amount. Every step of the way, I could chat with one of their customer relations managers who helped me when I encountered issues with the trip or their website. They take good care of their customers, I fully recommend it!
Package contents open and valuable object disappeared
Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience, the package was opened in transit and a valuable item disappeared from the shipped package! No one takes responsibility.
On its own website, the company claims that "your package will not be opened until the destination and we will not use handling methods that would give third parties the opportunity to take note of the contents of the package." This was not respected, my package and its contents were opened even though they were sealed upon delivery.
I filed a complaint by phone and email, but so far I have been treated with indifference and lack of empathy. The name of the driver who took over the package is known, but in the absence of insurance for the package, my word against the company is my word.
The worst thing is not the loss of value of the asset, but the fact that your clients entrust you with their objects and your company's employees or collaborators take advantage of the relaxed rules and people's trust to alienate them without repercussions. A despicable thing that says a lot about your way of operating by not holding such behaviour accountable!
I am awaiting the resolution of this situation.
Din pacate am avut o experienta ingrozitoare, pachetul a fost desfacut in tranzit si a disparut un bun de valoare din coletul expediat! Nimeni nu isi asuma responsabilitatea.
Pe site-ul propriu compania sustine ca "pachetul tău nu va fi deschis până la destinație și nici nu vom utiliza metode de manipulare care ar oferi ocazia terților de a lua la cunoștință conținutul coletului." Acest lucru nu a fost respectat, pachetul meu si continutul acestuia au fost deschise desi au fost sigilate la predare.
Am facut reclamatie la telefon si pe email, dar pana acum am fost tratata cu indiferenta si lipsa de empatie. Numele soferului care a preluat pachetul este cunoscut, dar in lipsa asigurarii coletului este cuvantul meu impotriva companiei.
Cel mai grav lucru nu este pierderea valorii bunului, ci faptul ca clientii dumneavoastra va incredinteaza obiectele lor iar angajatii sau colaboratorii companiei dvs profita de regulile relaxate si de increderea oamenilor pentru a le instraina fara repercusiuni. Un lucru josnic care spune multe despre modul dvs de operare prin a nu trage la raspundere asemenea comportament!
Astept solutionarea acestei situatii.
Very pleased with the service
I had read some pretty poor reviews and was worried about the delivery of a parcel I was expecting, which is why I've decided to add a review, because actually they've been great! I was kept up to date by the driver, a couple of phone calls and texts and he was polite and delivered my parcel when expected. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 was because they sent me incorrect text last night saying it had been delivered successfully, but I hadn't received it. This turned out to just be an error which was quickly rectified. Thank you!
Their service wasn't great
Their service wasn't great, but in 2024 it became absolute trash.
Now you cannot pay when they pick up the parcel, and when they deliver, they call you 10 minutes before they deliver and tell you the POS is not working and they want cash... In the middle of the night. If you don't have cash you are screwed.
If you have a currency that is not EUR they will give you a "best guess" conversion rate which is 30% lower (you pay 30% more) than the official rate. Total scam and fraud. Of course no receipt is given of said payment or anything. Probably why they want cash. Why? You know why.
