Poor panel support
My son was invited to take part in a Lifestyle survey that took an hour and was incorrectly stated as only taking twenty minutes on the app. I tried to contact customer support and received robotic responses from Georgina who insisted I had spent just six minutes on the survey. Really disappointing experience.

Great surveys available to everyone
When I first discovered Panel Opinion, I was quite sceptical, as with most paid surveys there's a catch, but having subscribed I've had nothing but positive experiences.
There's great variety of surveys to choose from (either paid or offer a reward scheme) and very are easy to access.
If anyone is looking to generate a little bit of money in their spare time then I highly recommend subscribing to Panel Opinion.

This site used to be OK although they very very rarely have surveys (I appreciate that will vary from person to person.)
However its gone really downhill. I sent a query with screen shot on 25 June and had to chase 4 times to get any kind of reply then they said they could not help. The service is very poor and they basically just ignored me, every time I click a survey there is an issue with it and I mean EVERY time. I won't bother with it anymore

Used to be ok, but not now.
Used to be an ok site, with decent support, usually replied to messages within a few days. But now the support seems to have disappeared. I sent a message on the support page on the 25th June, and have sent numerous ones since. But they have just been ignored. One message was requesting the £7 they still owe me for a product test I completed on the 18th June, and should have received the £7 payment by the 21st June. But it's now the 16th July and I am still yet to receive it.
I will now contact Toluna who ran the product test, as instructed to if you have any problems.
Also when you cash out it is very rare to receive your payment in the specified time, and sometimes I have had to message lots of times before receiving it.
I do not appreciate spending my time doing product tests and various surveys, and not receiving the payment.

This used to be a good site, but recently there have been far fewer available surveys. They also used to respond promptly and fairly to messages about problems. Now, they just ignore you! I have messaged them twice about a failure to pay out for full completion of a 2 hour survey which offered £20 reward but then didn't credit my account. I have received no response at all from them. Very sharp practice. I recommend avoiding completing any surveys, especially lengthy ones, through this site as they will take your time and data for no return

Useless to deal with dont reply to emails. I spent around 3 hours doing a long 3 part survey but no payment. Luckily I had kept a screenshot of last page confirming completion. Lack of payment queried with emails with screenshot attached but not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement let alone resolution

Won a prize !
I have been enjoying this site, I have the app Flow and get paid monthly and when I do the surveys. The surveys are not that common but it is ok. I also won a prize and I was super happy at first. The problem is I haven't received the prize yet and the communication has been very sporadic at first and in the end they disappeared.
I will amend my stars to 5 if I receive the payment and I hope someone answers to my emails soon

Yes the communication was sporadic and they could improve that but as long as I have received my prize I'm happy. it is a good amount that helps a lot in this period of crises for the cost of living.
Will continue taking surveys and hopefully I will win again
