The merchant used a deceptive website design mimicking the official Italian Ministry of Culture portal to mislead me into believing I was paying the regulated government fee. They failed to transparently disclose they are a third-party reseller with a 350% markup before the purchase. I received a service different from what was represented (official ticket vs. brokered ticket). I have attempted to resolve this with the merchant, but they refused.
Got charged €12 for a €5 ticket, all while presenting itself as an official website (there's a bunch of 'em out there, so gotta be careful!) - deceptive af!
They overcharge you for Pantheon tickets by 3x the original price. Their website is misleading, looking like as if it was the official website for the Pantheon and except for the terms and conditions the fact that they're just an intermediary service it's not listed anywhere. They don't provide any extra service apart from getting you the tickets. It's a scam.
