Excellent service and price. I ordered a microwave that was 50% cheaper than at other stores, and it arrived at my home in Ireland, in perfect condition, less than a week later.

My fridge freezer arrived with a scratch on the door
My fridge freezer arrived with a scratch on the paint work of the door so sadly doesn’t look good. I contacted the company straight away with a photo but they said the delivery driver had said it/was all good when they left it, the driver had provided a photo with light reflection on the fridge door so the scratch was not visible.
I asked the company if they could offer a discount and they said no. Only a small discount off a future purchase!
I then asked if they could provide a paint spray so I could touch it up but this email was completely ignored.
Be warned to do a really thorough inspection before the delivery driver leaves your home.
I wouldn’t buy from this company again

Delivery drivers are instructed to carefully inspect products at drop-off, but sometimes imperfections are not visible due to lighting conditions, as in your case. Unfortunately, we do not sell or provide spray paint for product touch-ups.

Worst service/treatment ever
I've ordered the Xsarius Q12 Plus, and i've received it 10 days ago (9th August) but the package was not complete cause the remotecontrol was missing.
Since then i've e-mailed this company but they have never replied, i called many times but they are difficult to reach, but than finally i spoke to Diëgo (many) times to solve this issue but, Diëgo doesn't comply to solve this problem all his promises mean nothing because everything he promised to do he didn't do.
Diëgo didn't call me back everytime he said he would, and he didn't shipped the remotecontrol either as promised.
He told me that they didn't even read/opened my e-mails because they think it's spam, unbelievable but true.
I just called 2 hours ago (AGAIN) and Diëgo answered again and i said that i wanted to speak to his supervicer or co-worker so he put me on hold for a long time i hung up and called again (these are all INTERNATIONAL phone calls) that i have to pay for, and than someone replied i think it was Diégo cause his voice almost sound the same, but he said his name was Marcos, and then said he would call me back after he asked me to explain the issue/problem.
Well guess what he (Marcos/Diëgo) still hasn't called me back till now, (now i'm almost sure that it was Diëgo) because he saw my telphone number.
So 10 days after i receiving my order i still can not use my IPTV Box and still no solution, no compensation or refund after spending all my time, energy, and my money, now left with a lot of anger and frustration.
Kontrolsat SHAME ON YOU.
I've never been treated this way in my life, this is the worst """service""" treatment ever from this company.
For those who don't believe me i have all screenshots and phonecalls recordings as proof of this whole process that still hasn't been solved yet.
