Cheap and tacky. When you try to return items you find out that the return address (at your own expense) is in China then they offer you 15 % refund. Waste of money in my opinion, I've thrown all the stuff I received away.
My advice is not to buy from this website. While the product I ordered was indeed nice, it was too small even though, I checked the sizing and deliberately bought a large size which should have been too big for me (I wanted it loose). I did do research on the company, I was worried they were from China. Guess what, the company orders/gets their clothes from China which is notoriously bad to return anything too. They did answer my email complaint about the sizing very quickly, I was given a number of options: at my own expense to return the item to China (not a problem but I probably won't hear from it/then again), get 15% of the value back (it's not about the money) or ask a dressmaker to alter the item to make it bigger (they helpfully suggested I use the 15% I get back to pay for it). So the bottom line is that China is just too hard to return things too, don't buy from this website. I've given the clothing to charity. Shame.
