A disaster

A disaster. They didnt cancel anything as they said they would and they kept charging me!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Avoid at all cost.

Don t believe all they say, contact the supply companies yourself

they helped me setting up my electricity and phone accounts in France. The phone contract turns out to be the one with the least cover and the most expensive one. And today they tried to scam me sending a notice that my electricity contract with Totalenergy was rejected. They nearly bullied me into suscribing a new one. I decided to call total energy myself that clearly my contract is complete and fine and Papernest are not to be trusted so YES they help but then they try to scam you BEWARE...

THE WORST SERVICE WITH NO PROFESSIONALISM
LA PIRE SERVICE AVEC AUCUN PROFESSIONALISME

They seemed to have no sense of professionalism. Although they are nice on the phone and willing to help, in the end, I had to renew every contract because they did nothing right.
They first spelled my name wrong (a mistake that I cannot understand, because they had my housing contract). In order to correct the name in the contract, I was told to cancel the contract and sign a new contract.
Then, they refused a promotion offer from telephone company without asking me. I was told to retract the contract and issue a new contract in order to receive the promotion. I decided to give up the promotion because I will have to suffer several days without internet, and more time (and extra fee maybe ?) to get a new contract.
When I called Papernest to discuss this issue, they seemed to be very indifferent, asking me "Are you really going to retract your contract just for several months of Netflix?" which quite offended me, considering that if was them who made me lose this promotion. I gave up the promotion because it seemed like a long and troublesome procedure already.
In addition, I did not receive a proper instruction for the following steps after my contract. They said I should add Internet and phone contract into one account, but never got a precise instruction, and did not claim for the Box+phone offer on time. This cost me some money on my first month's bill.

In the end, I paid more, missed out a promotion, spent hours on the phone to sign the contract, and signal the problem, which took me almost a week.
I decided not to renew any of the contracts because i will then lose even more hours for nothing.
It would have been much cheaper and easier if I've done everything on my own.

I’ve already talked with your customer service two weeks ago. You already replied that there’s nothing you can do. I won’t repeat the same tiring conversation again unless you clearly mention what you can do for me.
