Not sure how this subscription was started as we have not purchased anything from Paperorpen, I do believe it was started fraudulently or even underhanded. Why you would pay £5 a month to not even buy from a website seems strange to me!
Aly the agent, very helpful, has now cancelled my subscription, hopefully.
I will also be contacting my bank to ensure this doesn't happen again.

Scammers
Scammers, done exactly the same to me, ordered item then bank contacted me because they took money from my account for a membership I knew nothing about,they sent me acknowledgement of cancellation then took more money, No item received, no tracking number, no communication, AVOID AT ALL COSTS
