Genuine products - notification when a product came in stock worked Diary came beautifully wrapped. Item was delivered by Royal Mail which has its challenges but it arrived safely and in good conditions

The books that I bought are great. But they are absolutely nothing compared to the incredible customer service I received from Papersmiths.
I bought the items I did online, as a gift for someone. I am in New Zealand so it’s impossible for me to go instore unfortunately.

When I ordered the books, I got the zip code slightly wrong so the item wasn’t delivered. I emailed Papersmiths, telling them if my mistake. I dealt with two different people and they were absolutely brilliant. They went out of their way to help me and made sure the package I bought did in fact get delivered.

Well done to the Papersmiths team. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else. Thank you for making my purchase so easy and the recipient was delighted!
