A trustworthy online store
At first I was most annoyed that my order hadn’t arrived and then only to be told that they had run out of stock. I was offered a refund, which I received after a few days. They also notified me when the goods were back in stock and I reordered . I received my order and am very happy with my purchase.

I am so sorry to see that your experience with the Lumi lights are rated a 1 star.
In our correspondence in the beginning of July i tried to understand why you where having issues with your lights, to see if it hadn't been mounted in a appropriate way in order for the magnets to be in the right spot for the lights or if it was a faulty unit. However you didn't reply.
I did this since we have sold more that 500 Lumi lights before and never had feedback about the magnets being weak before, and none of our own many tests or Lumi's that we use in our house have shown to be anything near weak.
If you would please reply to the e-mail I will be so happy to resolve the case with you or do a return and full refund for your order - the happiness of each individual costumer is very important for us!
