I ordered a gaming chair for Christmas and it arrived exactly when it's was due to. My adult son put it together and discovered that a small part of the armrest was damaged. I wrote an email explaining this, on the 28th of December but I wanted to send more information & image so the email ended up in my drafts for nearly 4 weeks. I only sent it to Paracon on the 26th January and immediately received a reply from Martin saying that a replacement part was in the post that afternoon. Absolutely amazing customer service. If I could give more than 5 stars Paracon & Martin would get highest rating I could. It's great knowing that I have a reliable computer accessory store that I can recommend.

Ordered a desk , chair and mouse at the end of November. Products took longer to arrive due to weather conditions and obviously it is the busiest time of year. I thought the delivery charge was more than reasonable especially when I saw the size and weight of the boxes.
All my emails were responded to by Martin quickly and politely . The products arrived the week before Christmas, an excellent purchase.

Ordered a gaming chair advertised as 3–6 working day delivery. It took over three weeks, with minimal tracking updates and consistently poor customer service. Repeatedly fobbed off with vague excuses and smiley-face emails instead of facts or action.

Only after escalating did anyone properly review the case or offer an apology. No proactive communication, no solution offered, and no goodwill gesture despite missing their own delivery commitment by a wide margin.

Worth noting: this is not an Irish company, despite the .ie domain. Once they have your money, they show very little concern for the customer experience. If something goes wrong, expect delays, deflection to the courier, and weak support.

I would not order from them again and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Was missing some screws from one of the parts of the chair but overall great quality in my opinion! Customer service was a big help as they said they would ship me some screws for the part, probably one of the more quality and affordable chairs I have ever had.

I purchased a chair, but the product I received was different from its description, rendering it unsuitable for me as it exacerbates my back and arm issues. I contacted their customer service, explained my requirements, and they assured me that the measurements provided on their website were accurate. While they offered a refund if I returned the chair, it is impossible to disassemble it without damaging some of the screw covers.

Ordered gaming chair gave DHL tracking waited a couple of days contacted Paracon said it was shipped. Checked with DHL who confirmed they never received the package. Without contacting Paracon.ie said package was lost and they would re ship. Received DHL tracking number same thing happed DHL tracking not updating and after contacting DHL they didn’t receive the package. Paracon are messing me about requested refund

Ordered rubber castors for my office chair as there is hole dug in the wooden floor. Castors arrived promptly and I am extremely pleased with the result. They're way better than the originals.

Their products have no quality, their customer service is rude. Do not waste your time and money with this company.
I have made a complaint about a chair I bought with them in Nov 22.
The chair was leaning to the left side causing me discomfort. They have decided to send me another seat (literally just the seat part) which did not resolve the problem for the chair's stability.
I told them this did not resolve the issue and now they do not have another solution other than sending the chair back for repair however, it needs to be in their condition: "The chair needs to be packed down just as when you received it. Else they won't take it with them."
They are rude with their replies and want to blame the customer for their bad solutions.
If you are considering buying any products with them, rethink, you might find better companies out there.

Good quality for the price, unfortunately the delivery company that was picked to deliver the package was a bad choice, hence the 4 star instead of a 5 star. There was no communication on when the package will arrive or has been delivered, package was left in the rain and mud at the back of the house for 1.5 days as also were it was left is not somewhere I walk pass often. Thankfully it was well packaged and no damage occured to the chair.I only realised the package was delivered after paracone send me the review email. Not their fault about the delivery only a poor choice, might be worth to reconsider who they choose for deliveries.

Highly recommend. Ordered and received within 4 days to Ireland. I managed to put it all together myself as the instructions were very straight forward. Quality is great, would most definitely order again. My son adores it, said it’s his favourite Christmas present
