Would not recommend.
I pre-ordered skateboard wheels but the listing didn't indicate a date of when the shop would receive them. Contacted customer service and they told me the shop would get the order in by next week.
After a week I hadn't received updates or a process time. I contacted customer service by email but didn't get a reply, I decided to wait for a week. I copied and pasted the sent email message into their online chat for customer service on their website page and they finally got back to me saying they would "look into it".
Few days had gone by and still no response so I hit them with another message. Nothing. Just a void.
Nearly 4 weeks had gone by and all I wanted was an update of the order. At the end I just requested a refund.
Waste of time.

Paradeworld is a scam !
terrible shopping experience with Paradeworld, ordered my shoes on 28th August and i have yet to receive a concrete reply on my shipment after 5 working days. Sent me a DHL tracking code that says the goods have been shipped, but DHL confirmed that no parcel have been submitted at all, only a generated tracking number.
contacted customer service and all i get is we're checking. then they ghosted me after i request for cancellation. Wat is this scam?

Avoid Parade - terrible experience
Terrible experience ordering from Parade. Bought some Vans for my six-year-old to start school with--Krudco skate shop in NYC sent me the wrong size AND wrong color. I ended up with a sad six-year-old. Talked to Asma in Parade customer service and she was very polite and gave me a paid return slip. I returned the item, and two weeks later after the return was verified as delivered, I've still not gotten the refund. So now I have to waste more of my time contacting Parade again or dispute the charge with Amex. Something's wrong with this company. All I got from them was stress and a bunch of time wasted. They cannot be trusted for the most basic business service and should be avoided.

Got the wrong order
Got the wrong order, had to pay for the return shipping (which wasn't cheap) and then I find out they do not give refunds for return shipping! So I have to pay that and get nothing in return. Not very helpful. This sucks because the cost to return it was half as much as my item costs, so I am only getting half my money back when it's not even my fault I got the wrong thing!!! I am very unhappy about this and won't be buying from this site again unfortunately.
Update: After I posted this they did reach out and I was able to get this resolved. I still feel it was more difficult than it needed to be but appreciate them fixing it and refunding me.

Excellent all round
I've been skating for 20+ years. No skate shop has ever really cracked the online shopping experience until Parade. My original order was out of Stock, the customer service rep (who responded in 10 mins) guided me to a suitable replacement that matched my original order and from there the refunds/reorder process was seamless. Can't recommend enough.
