Terrible customer service
I ordered shoes from Parade, when they arrived they were different from the product image online. Mistakes happen obviously, but two customer service employees argued that I was wrong, and when I provided links and images as proof they ghosted me🤷♀️. I have no idea why they fought so hard for £5 shipping.

Why do I persist in buying on line.
Purchased a very expensive board online.
I waited for the weather to turn and assembled in April.
The board lasted 2 days (approx 30-mins of practice time).
Apparently my son had misused the skateboard by 'using' the board!!! We are not talking Tony Hawk, he literally tried to do a few tricks on the driveway. Apparently, boards are prone to breaking when using them for skating...... None existent customer service. I have learned my lesson.... Support your local store no more bad products and service from these cowboys

Fraudulent company
Accepted the return of a pair of skate shoes as we purchased the wrong size. I asked to exchange the item to which they accepted. I paid £7 to send them back.
I then arrive home to find the same pair of shoes sent back. When I spoke to customer service they gave me conflicting messages:
- Said they didn't have the size I wanted so couldn't exchange them
- Said that it did not meet their returns policy (yet they accepted the return)
- Said that I had purchased the shoes from a third party and it did not meet their returns policy - which one is it?
- Also said that they will not provide me with a refund as they had offered an exchange
Poor customer service - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE,

All the clothes I ordered arrived early through DHL with free delivery and regular updates via text and email . Everything you want in one place rather than searching 6 or seven different sites whilst supporting independent skate shops . All in all very good .

Board come covered in scratches
Board come covered in scratches, poor customer service as was told it would occur scratches once used. This was a christmas present for my 12 year old daughter. I was insulted with a £4.99 refund or 10% off my next order as if I would spend more hard earned money with this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
