A comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The trainer, Matt was very attentive to our questions and patient in explaining the sometimes difficult situations we were asked to simulate. It’s a full day but with plenty of rest breaks to recharge. I would definitely recommend this company for your personal or office training.

Matt made everything very clear and well understood. He made sure we all sure on what we were learning and made jt a fun and easy space to learn it.

Sooz has a positive and excitable energy about her that keeps you engaged. She moves through the content at a great pace that keeps someone with a short attention span, like me, switched on. By using visual and hands-on demonstrations, it caters to all learning types. Sooz wants to make sure you walk out of the course feeling confident and provides the utmost support and encouragement to do so. I could not recommend her enough.

Completed the CPR (Express) earlier today at Parade First Aid, Coomera.
Course required around 1.5hrs of eLearning prior to attending. The eLearning, although not intensive, still required you to take information on board, and then attain a certain amount of correct answers before being considered to complete the practical / class room part the course at a later date.
For this part, we had a teacher called Fab. Her method of teaching certainly worked for myself, and it would appear others as well. Fab was very clear and precise with her directions as to what, and why, certain steps and processes were required, as well as sharing relevent examples as and when they were required to emphasise certain points.
I would highly recommend both Fab and Paradise First Aid for anyone requiring this type of training in the future.
