Absolute joke of a shop still waiting on my refund from an order I placed before Christmas which has still not been recieved, as the goods I ordered they asked me to pick up I live miles away, everytime I rang nobody answered they replied to emails after 6pm and was always same person I asked them to bank transfer my money to be told they couldn't, so they rob your money as well as not getting your goods would not recommend at all

I made a mistake placing the order. Paradise quickly resolved this for me.
The quality and value of the product was exceptional.
Packaging was very robust for such a large product ( chaise lounge ) it arrived in Yorkshire in showroom condition.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
They were so helpful with my questions, always answered promptly. I was in the process of moving and they were very understanding and helpful.
The quality is phenomenal! I honestly cannot fault them. I love my new chaise lounge. It has centre place in the lounge now. Thank you for such wonderful service and quality product!!

Ordered an ottoman for my bedroom, it’s lovely! Great quality. Definitely worth the money! Delivery driver offered to take it upstairs, great service, would highly recommend.

We custom ordered the Chesterfield mini chaise lounge in our chosen colour and trimmings to match our room. They were very accommodating and turned the product around very quickly and had it delivered to house within a week of the order. They also sent us samples of the fabric before processing the order so we could see the colour of the fabric they would use in person.

Friendly customer service too.

I brought all my home furniture from here and it was pretty much perfect to be honest. The customer service was great and swift. They were ready to answer questions and help out where they could. I would definitely recommend them!!
