I completed my Level 3 Apprenticeship(Lead Adult Care Worker) and I have passed with a distinction on both my situational judgement test as well as my professional discussion. I would like to take the time to specifically thank Aimee Stretton, Charmaine Simpkins, Heather Evans, Luke Radford and Judy Baxter for all their support during my apprenticeship and for all the words of encouragement that they gave me. I could not have wished for better people to tutor me and I appreciate all their dedication. I learnt so much about how to manage stress, how to deal with challenging situations and how to be a better leader. Thank you again for all your support!❤️

Wow! What an experience. What a year its been..
I absolutely loved doing my apprenticeship with Paragon, all the tutors are incredible who do the workshops and Kirsty Welding my personal tutor was great, always on hand when needed. Gave me a boost when I needed it, took a step back slightly when I was moving house but always pushing encouragement to keep going. Finished my course and couldn't be happier with my overall outcome. Thankyou Paragon.

I completed the level 3 peer support with a distinction. The course was fantastic, loved the workshops, the pace was perfect and because of this course i have grown so much both professionally and personally. My tutor - Nicky Creswick was so kind and supportive. Nicky believed in me when I couldn't believe in myself. She made me feel comfortable and like no question was a silly one. Nicky ensured I was well prepared for my EPA and walked alongside me throughout. Always there to listen to my concerns and encourage me. I genuinely loved the course was challenging at times but manageable. :)

I enjoyed learning with paragon skills, I liked that the workshops where learner based and you could gain knowledge from others as not everyone is from the same line of work, I also had a fantastic tutor Kirsty welding who was just a phone call away with any help you needed and did not leave you waiting for weeks to mark your work.
