Parallels and Meridians 

I traveled with friends to the Golden Triangle in India for a tour. I selected Parallels and Meridians as our travel agency based on their wonderful website and I am SO glad I did. Barsha contacted me and she planned a custom vacation tailored to our schedule and preferences. She arranged our schedule, hotels, car with driver and a tour guide. The trip was AMAZING. But best of all Barsha was so easy to contact during the trip whenever we had a special request or to help us out in any way. I highly recommend the company and especially Barsha as your travel specialist.

I decided I wanted something extraordinary for my 40th birthday so I decided a pilgrimage to India & Nepal might spark some inspiration from the daily grind. From the moment I found Parallels & Meridians on Instagram, I knew this was the company for me. I received prompt replies and input regarding a customised itinerary I had requested. I liked the idea of being in control to some degree of the quality of hotels we could choose from. You can pay as little or be as indulgent as one likes. No request or inquiry was too big or too small for my team of travel consultants. The guides in each city were insightful & made sure we avoided the big tour groups wherever possible. Our driver was the most gracious & competent man who ensured we arrived safe to each & every destination. The travel company went above & beyond to ensure I celebrated my birthday in opulent style & I can honestly say I felt like a queen for the day & have the fondest memories of a country that was delved into turmoil with the currency crisis the day after we arrived. The locals are so friendly & inquisitive. Besides the palaces & forts, the monkeys were a highlight for me along with the most romantic building ever to grace the planet - Taj Mahal. Varanasi ingnites the senses from deep within. I cannot wait to come back & am already planning to return in 2017. We had already booked our flight tickets to India. But we weren’t sure how to go about from there. We knew we wanted to see the Taj Mahal, but beyond that we were clueless. After a lot of research and being disappointed by so many travel agencies, we finally found P&M. The very first impression was great. The representatives are extremely polite and professional. All I told them was we want to see the Taj Mahal and our to and fro tickets are booked for September for 15 days. Within 2 days we got an entire detailed proposal, with beautiful pictures and a quotation that was slightly higher than our budget. But they made sure we have our trip within our budget. They were prompt, fast with all their responses. Finally after 5 months there we were in India. Such a memorable trip. Wouldn’t have been possible without pnm.

First time I traveled in India and I have to say that it was one of the best experiences I've done in my life. Landscape, people, villages, perfums, sounds, flavors.... Everything was so different that all the things I know in Europe. So different and so beautiful.
