Dreadful ParcelMonkey
I used these guys several months ago on a shipment to the EU. It was a total disaster, so I don't know why I used them again recently. This was for a domestic shipment for two boxes. I delivered these to my local Post office who refused to take them because both items combined were great than the 20kg Parcelforce allows. There was no mention of this despite adding the correct weight and dimensions on the parcelforce website. So I had to pay additional postage. No refund from Parcel Monkey. In fact it would have been cheaper to just go through parcel force and send as two seperate items.

DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY- I’ve been scammed
I purchased a collection and delivery with parcel force via parcel monkey. Parcel force failed to collect and when I contacted them they referred me back to parcel monkey who are saying they cannot guarantee the collection. I spent £70 and neither company will take responsibility for the failure!

Silly me I posted a parcel with parcel force via parcel monkey to Switzerland now 5days no tracking only information is picked up by parcel parcel date and time
Asked parcel force not our problem its parcel monkey there reply is if no tracking in 7days its lost
Now that is help full I think not!!!!!

Shockingly poor. Parcel still not delivered after 3 weeks and o-one seems to care or be available. It is in a depot somewhere.

No shipping options are available regardless of the countries to or from that I choose. Their low-level Indian-based chat support is just as bad as you'd expect.
