Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Easy to use site and very competitive prices.

Take care when shipping from France to the UK.
Take care when shipping from France to the UK using DPD via Parcel Monkey.
Although my two packages arrived without damage (a little later than hoped and paid for), I had to call, email, message and contact all parties concerned as 2 days after dropping off my packages they were still sitting in the shop where I dropped them off.
This left me slightly stressed as I was due to fly out of France and I had no idea what would happen to my packages once I had left.
I contacted Parcel Monkey numerous times and up until the packages arrived at my house they were unable to track them, I was also unable to track them despite paying for a tracked service.
My advice when shipping from France to the UK is to use a more trusted service (UPS). I believe that Parcel Monkey should not offer DPD services if they are unable to provide the service that you are paying for.

A complete nightmare!!
A complete nightmare!!! I use couriers regularly to ship paintings. My pickup date was planned for a Monday and after waiting in all day the courier didn't arrive. I was unable to get a response from Parcel Monkey and after so many phone calls and emails I finally got it collected a few days later after waiting in each day until. My professionalism was affected as the painting wasn't collected on time. I also missed a lot of work and it made it an an extremely expensive way to send a parcel !!!

Strongly recommended
The process was very clear and smooth from the beginning. I chose the drop off, and delivery at home options.
The parcel was delivered from France to the UK within 4 days, much more quickly than I expected.
I would certainly recommend this service.

Damaged in transit and irreparable
The very expensive statue I sent was damaged in transit, I was concerned when a ups marked van did not collect the package but this should be no reason for treating the parcel without due respect.
