Firstly UPS did not collect the parcel…
Firstly UPS did not collect the parcel from my house on the day it was booked too. I had to book another day which left it 1 whole week from my first booking. They didn't collect it on the second booked day and I had to take it to a pick-up point. There is obviously a problem of communication between Parcel monkey and UPS. It arrived 1 week later because of this. Just now I received a message to say parcel monkey gave taken extra money for the shipment because of weight or size difference. I measured and weighed the parcel before booking. Very disappointing service.

Next time I will look into it a lot more.
It was a great service but the delivery time was quoted to me to say between 10:00am-12:00pm and they showed up at 5:00pm. Also it was cheap to start with but then the fees that I had to pay was very expensive and made it more expensive than the other quotes I had got earlier.
But my delivery arrived in great condition.

Lost high value insured package with no end in sight.........
My high value international insured parcel has not been delivered for 4 weeks now despite chasers and being told to wait. They blamed another 3rd party company and told to contact them for updates EVEN THOUGHT I BOOKED WITH PARCLE MONKEY. TAKE OWNERSHIP OF CUSTOMER ISSUES. They wont even admit to it being lost we are still looping in circles and I am loosing money in the business waiting. Wont let me start the insurance claim as they cannot validate that its actually lost, not even offered a refund of the postage paid, I have had to request it and they just keep ignoring the point. Book with another provider that cares about your packages

Efficient and in-expensive
Really happy with this. I sent it on Friday from France and it was delivered on Tuesday in Ireland. Would highly recommend.

It was good service
It was good service, we then had an issue with a 'lost' parcel just before Brexit and rather than helping to resolve it the bottom line was it was lost, it may have been found, but as you were not insured tough and we cannot be bothered to take it up with our supplier. I will think long and hard before using again.
Thank you for your response, it has been 4 days now and I have not heard a thing from your customer services!

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. Used parcel monkey to send a package to England. It was held up for 2weeks in Paris, then with no explanation returned to us. We waited a week to be told it was because the custom forms were not attached (this was not true, the custom forms were completed, put into an envelope marked customs, then put into a plastic sleeve for protection and attached to the parcel) the lady in the post office can confirm this. In the meantime parcel monkey collected a further €32 from our bank account, they say for administration charges! I have been fighting with them for over 4 weeks now for a refund but I am getting no where. They have no telephone contact number, the 'live chat' is useless and my emails get ignored. Never using them again, terrible customer service !!!

Shocking! Failed to collect on date provided BY THEM! then it was collected a week later and still hasnt been delivered some two weeks later. Paid well in advance for a service that still hasnt delivered quite literally!!!

Cheaper than la poste
I went to la poste and they wanted to charge me €45.00.
I went through parcel monkey and paid under €25.00 with insurance.
Great, I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

DISAPPOINTING!!!
I sent a parcel since the 24th of November 2020 but it never arrived at its destination. I contacted customer service in December as I insured the parcel, however, it is now February 2021 and I've yet to receive any updates about the parcel nor the insurance money. Very disappointed by this service!

Very happy with the service provided…
Very happy with the service provided considering all the import and export issues at the moment . I didn’t like receiving an extra charge after the event luckily for me it was only a small one . I would have liked to receive some kind of confirmation that my parcel would be picked up on the selected day from the couriers.

Shocking service so far
Shocking service so far. 3 day service so far has taken over a month. Despatched parcel before Christmas. Still no delivery and not returned to me. I'm not convinced they have actually found my parcel yet. Shocking customer service with "we will be in touch soon" platitudes.
Will never use again.

Run away....avoid at all cost
If you would like your package delivered, avoid using ParcelMonkey at all cost. Go with a respectable courrier company. They lost package and refused to offer any refund. Avoid avoid avoid.

1st mistake ups France entered wrong address.
Due to that so much delay in sri lanka and I have paid so much additional for detain cost for storage at cargo.
They confirmed delivery 2 to 6 days now almost 17 days nothing delivered
