I've attended multiple sessions with Pareto over the last few month, the 3 hour CPD sessions which are recorded if you can't attend on the day, the free 1 hour sessions on week nights and the on demand courses and recourse packs. They also have a WhatsApp group which is well used with Q&A sessions relating to the taught topics and any clinician presentations group members have questions about. I've found all the sessions excellent and would definitely recommend them. It's great you can do the masterclasses in your own time if you can't attend at the time. Really flexible and the platform organises are always available to answer any questions or help with IT issues

From the initial phone call with the Pareto Team, I was extremely happy with the professionalism and organisation ahead of my assessment day!

They offered continued support and critical feedback when needed.

This culminated in an expected well organised assessment day that provided me with an amazing opportunity to work under one of their clients! Couldn’t recommend Pareto enough.

From the moment that I got in touch with Pareto, things moved swiftly.

My Graduate Manager, Anna Kolosova, was lovely and supportive – within days she had booked me into an Assessment Day and made sure that I was well prepared.

The Assessment Day was structured, smooth, and run by Arthur Gailly who was excellent. I found out that I was successful on the same day, and by the next morning, Account Managers were already reaching out with roles.

I ended up working with Rebecca Iggulden, and I couldn’t have asked for better support. Rebecca was friendly, professional, and genuinely invested in matching me with the right opportunities. Her prep before each interview really helped, and within 2-3 weeks, I received and accepted an offer with my top choice company.

Overall, great experience and I'd definitely recommend Pareto!

I had a very good experience with Pareto from the beginning from Tilly she was amazing and managed to find her personality and supporting me for interview very good as well as Hannah the account manager.

If you are looking to use Pareto to hire sales staff then think again. Their T&C's are written so that they don't have to provide candidates in any reasonable time-frame. We were provided 5 candidates in 5 months and 4 were no good and the fifth had accepted a job with another company straight after the phone interview with us although she was supposedly very interested in the job. They will take your money up front and are not obligated to provide you candidates within any reasonable time-frame or quality of candidates. In short you will pay up front, hear nothing and get nothing. Try and contest it and they just point to their T&C's which are all weight in their favour.

Pareto looked after me brilliantly during my time with them, I was placed into a role by them and continued with that company for two years whilst under Pareto. The HR team and processes were efficient, and Hanah (Commercial Key Account Manager) did a stellar job of supporting me- she was professional, personable, and knowledgeable; Hanah made herself available at the earliest opportunity if I needed to speak with her regarding any queries, and would regularly reach out to check in with me. Working with Pareto was a commendable experience, and I would do it again. Thank you!

Phenomenal experience start to finish. Massive shout out to Archie Ambler who contacted me and got me into an assessment day for a dream job within just 2 Days!!! I’m glad to say I’ve now got the job and loving it more than ever. The assessment day aswell was amazing learnt a lot from everyone at Pareto. Lovely office and great experience. Had a surprisingly refreshing experience. First assessment where I’ve been truly reviewed on my competence not my cv. Was pleasantly surprised by the pro activity of the graduate manager Tom Jackson and how much he supported me through the process. Then working with Louis to secure my job was just fab! What a stunning team!

Pareto has been absolutely incredible throughout this process. The job market in 2025 is very temperamental, and where I show signs of anxiousness and nervousness as it was a big step for me to leave my current role after 7 years, the guys at Pareto from outreach to closing the job have been so lovely. They’ve always been open to approach and instilled confidence. I want to give a massive shout out to Archie and Shakira who have been absolutely integral to this and really taken me under their wing. The assessment day itself was a lot of fun and as I was successful the turn around from applying to actually getting an interview was fewer than 7days for me!
