Disgraceful customer service
The item was ordered on 12 December. It was never received and when chased on 29 December I was repeatedly cut off from their customer service and the email form was of no use as they just kept reiterating that it was in transit. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Was given an estimated delivery time to receive the perfume. But it arrived before that date which was amazing, as it was my Christmas gift. A very fast service and excellent delivery . Would use again happy with my purchase as well

First Order and Everything Was Perfect
This was my first order with parfumdreams - a website I had not visited before or knew anything about so I was a little apprehensive placing an order. However, I did so because they had the perfume I wanted and they were offering an adorable free gift that was no longer available elsewhere and their prices were competitive. I placed my order on 18 December 2025 and was very impressed when it arrived two days later on 20 December 2025 especially given it was so close to Christmas. It was well packaged and everything arrived as ordered. I am so excited that I have discovered parfumdreams and I highly recommend them.

Amazingly fast delivery and great price!
Had exactly what I wanted and at a price I could afford, but it was very close to Christmas. Delivery was not expected in time, but my parcel was sent same day and somehow made it by Christmas Eve. Delighted! The receiver was also delighted!! Fabulous. 😃

Unable to cancel incorrect order.
I placed a wrong order at 18.50 (and took a screen shot) and immediately realised what I had done.
I cancelled the order (which wasn't easy) and received a confirmation email at 19.16 asking me to log into my account (which I didn't have to do to place the order, so I did not create one) and retrieve the order. Then confirm the cancellation within 30 minutes of the original order being placed, or the order will be processed and sent.
So, because I didn't create an account, I couldn't confirm that I had cancelled the order. But I could place an order without creating an account.
My only options were to refuse the delivery ( I wasn't in to refuse the posted order), or send it back and wait 8 days from the time they receive the returned items, before the payment will be refunded back to my original payment method.
The products I received were genuine, the price was reasonable and the post was good, hence 3 stars.
So my experience.
The company Parfumdreams is a good company to buy from, provided you don't wish to, or need, to cancel the order

Fantastic experience
I was a bit sceptical at first as I hadn't heard of them before but it was fantastic experience. The website was easy to navigate as I'm not great with technology but was straightforward . Easy to pay, and very quick email back with my receipt and terms and conditions. They gave me a delivery date of the 30th December and they delivered before Christmas day . Fantastic value for money too. Would definitely use them again. Brilliant service.

this website literally saved Christmas
My dad told me last minute (Sunday 8pm) that he had not secured my mums Christmas gift. This website was the only place which had it in stock but it wasn’t due till the 30th December. Figured it was the best I could do. The perfume was shipped immediately and arrived Christmas Eve! Christmas was saved, my mum was thrilled. Will absolutely use this sight again!
