NEVER EVER SHOP HERE........
Bought back in May a perfume for my daughter's birthday. She got several of the same, so we returned the on we bought.
We followed the return instructions from Parfumdreams 100%. Now, 4 months later we still haven't received a penny back.
We have now heard of several people who have experienced exactly the same thing. The same stupid answers about us having to fill out this and that before they can process the case. Although track and trace shows that they received the item back 4 months ago. It's INSANE if you can run a business this way.
PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.....

I was waiting my delivery more than one week but have not received it! Also I didn't receive my money back and support has not responded to my messages for two weeks! I don't know what to do now. I thought I could trust this seller but not...

I ordered a perfume as a gift for my girlfriend, it came in a damaged box. Maybe they don’t care about packaging properly.

They have products what are not available anymore on other sites but I doubt whether the delivered parfume is original...

It’s been over a month and I still received nothing. I placed my order on 15 June 2023, and the shipping time supposed to be 7-10 days within Netherlands. On 26th June, I wrote to the customer service to check the status, they replied ‘the product will be shipped out in 2 days’ - excuse me??????????????

I wrote to the customer service again on 10th July to check the status and ask for a refund, and there is no reply….

I’m frustrated and just want to let others know please don’t buy things here, it’s a SCAM!

The orders I have placed are authentic an delivery is very quick.. BUT, they send discount codes, 3x per month, and not one of them ever work. It's really annoying, even after making many calls ( no feedback) and mails (no reaction) they still continue sending me "false promises"
Customer service may need some fine tuning!

Terrible!!! Ask them few minutes later after order was placed, to cancel it. They refused. There is no information about order in account, cannot reach customer service, hours on the line. Ordered Tuesday and finally on Friday, after my phone call , they said they cancel my order. Few minutes later I got from them letter, that my order was shipped. What? You told me you canceled it like I asked..Not reliable company. Was my mistake I ordered something there(( highly NOT recommend!!

SCAMMER ALERT: I ordered a perfume from this store. Something went wrong in their system and my order got disappeared. However, money from my back account was withdrawn. I had to send 25 emails call countless times for 2 months to get my money back. All the stress and time I wasted on this was ridiculous. Just don't buy anything from here.

Unfortunately, I have had a negative experience with the customer service. The lack of response to my queries and concerns has been disappointing. It is frustrating when customers have to bear the consequences of technical failures without any support from the company. I hope that they take this feedback seriously and improves their customer service to better address issues faced by their customers.

I ordered 8/5. I called them 3 times and every time the same answer. "We apologize,we will send it the next day,all the products are available '. Today 24/5 i received an email that 3 products arent available anymore,a discount 15% and no answer when the other products will send it. I called them but their system has a problem,or this is what they told. Do not order

FAKE PERFUMES!! AVOID AVOID AVOID

I have been used Lancome Tresor perfume for years now and can clearly identify with just a quick look to its packacing that this is not the original one by Lancome.

Now it nakes sense the huge discount.

This must be a joke!

YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED!

Today I receive a Babor HSR Lifting Anti-Wrinkle cream rich. It is quite pricely, but the packaging is already open and used. I spend my almost €100 for a bad packaging and second hand used cream. Very not happy with this service!

I have been waiting for my package for almost 2 weeks and nothing was delivered so far.

First, they said that the package was returned to the sender by 'unknown reasons', after this, they sent another email with another tracking code, that never worked and without and expected date of arrival.

I am super disappointed with this company.

Update: It has been almost 23 days without receiving the package and the company is refusing to refund me. This company is a SCAM.

I can find products that other websites / retailers don’t sell.
However, the delivery is A LOT slower than other companies, that I only order those products that I can’t find anywhere else.

5 days after the order - the parcel has not yet been sent! this is the worst service for orders!! I will never advise anyone, on the contrary, I will warn that none of my acquaintances use it again

Smooth ordering and delivery process, good prices.

I got a nice product, no complaints here. But it takes way too long to get a response when things go wrong with the delivery. My parcel was stuck with "in transit" status. Luckily, postnl service helped me get my package before it left the pick-up point as unwanted. I would have missed it if I waited for the investigation from the seller's side.

There is no option to give zero stars, but if there were one I would give that.

Here's why.
I placed an order on June 30th for products amounting to nearly 150EUR in total. I wanted them for a ballet performance on 9th July. The standard delivery time on the website is stated as "2-5 working days", so I thought that would be fine.
First lesson: don't believe this delivery time - it's a lie!"
I was sent a confirmation email on 30th June, which stated (in small print at the bottom of the email - so, you have to read that email closely) that delivery would be between 8-7-22 and 11-7-22.
On 8-7-22, the order has still not arrived, so I called to complain, after also receiving an email which stated: "one of the products you ordered is not available, we don't know when it will become available but you'll need to wait another 10-15 working days".
Lesson two: the actual delivery time was going to be 15-20 working days - that's one month from the point of order!!! Awful!
I phoned to complain and the employee hung up on me. When I called back she said I had hung up on her!

This is a terrible company with abysmal customer service.

Zero stars - I say steer clear of this one and use a different supplier.

They are refunding my money, but I now have to go out and panic buy the products for my daughter's show tomorrow.

I am pretty sure this review won't be published as this is the kind of site which "loses"/hides its bad reviews...
