Against lots of other ratings here I had a pretty good and fast contact and experience with the Customer support.
I wanted to cancel my order and it took one day which is really a fair amount if time for that request in my opinion.

The quality of the product is very low, literally the quality level of Shein or Temu. The material resembles that of a costume that you buy in a cheap store. AVOID.

Terrible experience from start to finish. The quality is shockingly bad for the price — cheap material, poor finishing, and nothing like the photos. It honestly feels like a scam.

Customer service was a nightmare. After more than 10 emails, they still avoided giving a proper return solution and kept offering small discounts to make me keep the items. I had to pay for the return shipping myself, and the entire process dragged on for over a month.

Delivery took 5 weeks from China — completely unacceptable.

Save your money and avoid this company at all costs.

I opened a request for return, because they sent me the wrong size.
3 months after being trying to solve it with Customer Succes, they tell me the 30 days period return is exeded... and I did my request the first week I received the product.

This website is a scam. Products are no where the expected quality for the price paid especially pricing the products in EUR to appear premium. This is nowhere a european brand as you may think it is.

This is actually European price for Chinese products of low quality. The products are directly shipped from China. The quality is so bad and they did a mistake on my order sending me 2 left loafers of the worst quality and when I requested them to rectify, they told me to ship back the shoes for them to resend correct pair of loafers. I refused and told them to refund or send me the right shoe. They stalled the request for more than 30days despite follow ups and then after that they told me the 30 day refund policy has elapsed and they cannot do anything about it.

The greatest scam you can get online. Do not purchase on this website.

Terrible, terrible company. Double charged me for pair of shoes, didn't send the shoes for weeks, promised to repay the over-charge, even lied to my bank about repaying it, still waiting. They'll send lots of emails apologizing and promising to expedite it but they're just liars.

Very nice products , would have given 5 stars but the shipping was painfully slow , luckily I am never in a rush so all was well . Please know products are quality and nice just expect to wait a couple weeks to get it !

Overall great stuff. Only drawback is the time taken for delivery. Super happy with what I received! what you see is what you get!

At first it did go longer than expected but then a very dedicated employee of yours (her name is Shiela PLEASE give her a raise!) helped me go trough it and i finally got everything i orderd! I am very happy with everything and i wanna thank her especially for investigating my case! May god bless her.

Late delivery. Shocking quality. Sizing terrible. Avoid

I got scammed completely scammed.
Order has never arrived and they claim it was.
Just don’t buy from these scammers, you will need to start legal claim.

We are @concordia.essentials on Tiktok and we had a collaboration and we aquired about 7 million views for them and they complete ghosted us. Scammed us for 5k dollars!!!!!

I’m trying to return my purchase I have emailed for a return label with no response. Pants do not fit. Would like a refund.

First, I will say to follow their guidelines on sizing. I have never worn a large so ordered the medium linen pants and of course they were too short.
Because I got the size wrong, I haven't had a chance to wear the pants but I was surprised that the material felt like a cheap, low quality clothe. With all the talk of dressing like old school wealth I expected better material.

The clothing I purchased fit perfectly. The material and quality of all the pieces are very good. The only downside was the long wait time for the package to arrive but everything else was great.

Like the others I didn’t receive my parcel on time. And I had the same issue with returning the items, because they’re too small and they don’t respond on my messages…

I am extremely dissatisfied with Parijan. The product quality is poor, and the delivery time was far longer than stated. Based on my experience, the company appears to operate like a typical dropshipping business that focuses more on appearance than on product quality or customer care.
Customer service is even worse. As soon as I requested to return the items, communication stopped. I have sent five emails in total, and the last three have been completely ignored.
Parijan also does not respect its own terms and conditions, particularly regarding returns and customer support. Due to their lack of response and refusal to handle a legitimate return, I am now considering legal action. I suspect many customers may have experienced similar issues and chosen to let it go, but I will not.

Fast delivery. I'm fine with the quality BUT the refund policy is a SCAM!
I want to return 3 pants they're to small for me. After 2 month on e-mailing with Parijano they never went back to me, how to return the pants.
It's better to order from larger, trustworthy companies instead of giving your money to someone who is completely deceiving you with their brand. It's an absolute disgrace and not recommended!
