Excellent
Excellent, fast delivery and easy instructions to set up the equipment. This is my third bit of equipment from them and I'm really happy with the product and service. It's also handy that they stock some repairs.

Great reliable and inexpensive tools
I do gardening for a living so I tend to work my tools very hard. I have used a Parker Brand strimmer/multi tool for the last few years. It starts first time every time and pretty much handles whatever I throw at it.
I’ve just bought a new one, the old one lasted me 2 and a half seasons and still was starting without fail, unfortunately bits were starting to fall off it but compared with other brands 2 and a half seasons is excellent. Extremely happy with the brand.
Poor After Service
I wrote to them as my machine arrived faulty and they have never responded to my email.

Great all round
Website was so easy to use, I liked the amount of information on the leaflet blower.
Payment was simple and delivery was super fast.
You get what you pay for

Products are dirt cheap and don’t last.
Warranty isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.
Spares are expensive or not available.
I bought a backpack brush cutter which worked initially but then the backpack started to come apart - first the fabric and then the metal frame. Parker Brands decided to blame me for excessive use instead of providing some spares which should have costs almost nothing. Unfortunately the machine is heading to landfill after a year when it could have been repaired. I will never buy from Parker Brands again.

Really great products at great prices
Really great products at great prices, ordered on Saturday delivered Tuesday !!
Good Pump Once Sorted - Instructions Poor
Item delivered promptly however it didn’t work. This was traced to a gasket on the suction side not being tight. Once this was corrected it worked. Also, the instruction book is in very poor English and this should be reviewed and corrected. The water pump should ideally be supplied with a foot valve as it struggles to prime without one.
Brilliant products at good price

Petrol strimmer
A pleasant and efficient buying experience. This is my second Parker petrol strimmer, albeit the first was gifted to me. The age of it was unknown and I deemed a repair would not be cost efficient as I was able to purchase an exact same replacement for half price with a deal direct from Parker. Parker is a local Lincolnshire company so I was pleased to support a local business. The item only arrived this morning so I have yet to unpack and assemble the machine, but more than happy with the service and products so far.
"My arm fell off"
I purchased a ParkerBrand BC-5200 petrol bush-cutter/strimmer exactly a year ago, its had minimum, domestic use but the handlebar snapped in half for no apparent reason. I approached customer services who initially ask me to remove the blade and send them a photo (good start, sounded positive), I did this thereby proving the blade had very little wear and assumed they would honour the warranty. However, they then said the warranty was invalid because the cutter had been used commercially. This was incorrect and they subsequently accepted this but without explanation as to how they reached this conclusion in the first place. However, they then said the warranty was invalid because I had not centralised/seated the blade correctly, causing the cutter to vibrate so violently that the arm fell off!!!! I said utter nonsense (I reckon I would have noticed) and asked why they didn't ask for a picture with the blade still on the machine (i.e. the only way to know if it was fitted incorrectly), they didn't explain why. Anyway, this was their stance. They suggested, if still unhappy, I packed up the whole unit and posted it back for inspection but this just isn't viable/worth the hassle for a £110 machine. This is a shame because their products are very reasonably priced, appeared "up to the job" (other than the arm falling off), the motor is easy to start, powerful and smooth), replacement parts are also reasonably priced and delivery very quick. I was "singing their praises" until this happened. It seemed customer services have a remit to avoid warranty claims even with evidence to prove validity. So the choice is A: do you buy a similar machine from the likes of Stihl which is four times+ more expensive, or B: go for the cheap option (which had this not happened, I would be definitely recommending) and take your chances if it breaks (but again, spares are fairly cheap). I hope you find this honest reflection of my experience helpful. Nick
