It’s a scam

It’s a scam! I thought i am buying from the offical site and totally missed the org at the end. We paid 200 euros for 3 adult tickets for park Gaudi and house gaudi (I thought it was one on the famous houses in the center of Barcelona, from Gaudi). At the end it was just a ticket for park Guell which will cost you on offical site no more than 25€. Avoid at all costs

The ticketing system is beyond absurd

The ticketing system is beyond absurd. The visitor is FORCED to buy tickets online, even when he/she is present at the gate.
If one chooses to buy tickets ahead of time, in the comfort of their home, click a few clicks on the computer - that's a different story.
But at the entrance gate, even if you might have the skills (and the eyesight), which I don't, this becomes a futile exercise. So futile indeed, that even the very helpful gate attendants had to give up - and took me to an actual person clerk to pay with a good old credit card. The cashier was hidden from plain sight and, obviously, was doing nothing.
To visit the Gaudi Museum, you have to pay SEPARATELY, again at the entrance at the museum (which is inside the park) and again FORCING to pay online. With my back aching, from trying to scan a QR, my fingers freezing in the morning chill and the phone slow to respond to tap and touch, I just gave up on this experience. Absurd doesn't even describe it.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam. Position themselves on Google as official site, paying to be in number 1 position. They are not the official site, over charge and there’s no possibility to cancel or modify. Use the official site, not this scam business

Zero stars

Zero stars! It’s scam. Please only buy on the official Website. I thought it was, but it is not. They double sell tickets even though they don’t have any contingent. Also they sell it for 14€ instead of 10€.
My ticket was already used and I couldn’t get in the park. I am still fighting for my refund. They hold me on line for 2 weeks now.

Arnaque - Fuyez Scam - Run away

After purchasing the tickets (April 21 2023) , these have not been edited and reserved for Parc Guell (this site is only an intermediary which, after your payment, reserves your tickets on the official Parc Guell site).
On this site, ticket prices are 60% more expensive than on the official Park Guell site.
They don't want to refund the tickets you haven't received and communicate very badly with their customers (lack of responsiveness).

This site is a scam

This site is a scam, it looks like the official site but it's not. And you end up paying a service fee of double the price of the real tickets.

This website is a scam

This website is a scam. We bought four tickets, received a confirmation via e-mail, but never received the actual tickets. The personal at the park said that they experience this a lot, and recommended us to always buy tickets to such things via official websites. The price via Parc Guell's official website is also cheaper than the price on this website. Do not buy your tickets from this website.

Scam!!!

Scam!!!! Do not purchase from them, when you search for Park Güell tickets online the first result will be this website and it looks real. But when you purchase from them they have you wait 48hrs for the ticket and it will never come. The staff from the park said that they are a legit business but it always happens to people where they get scammed from this website. There were other people who were also scam upon entering the park. The staffed checked if we were reserved somehow but they said our reservation not existent. And I never get reply from this website. Plus their rate is much expensive than the actual park. Please be careful!

SCAM

SCAM - DON'T BUY HERE

We bought our tickets here, thinking it was the official website, but it was not. Never got our tickets, and we had to buy new tickets at the park. We lost our money, and the tickets on this website are more expensive than the official ones.
