Excellent service

Excellent service, had issues with my flight but they were really helpful, I took my car out of the car park then managed to get on a later flight, they re-opened my booking for me free of charge!

Awesome!!

Highly recommended

Excellent. Great Value for money.

Excellent, very quick. Arrived at the car park handed them my car key and jumped on the bus. No waiting around for the bus to be full or anything like that. The bus is waiting for you upon your arrival back into the UK. Would definitely use again, brilliant.

Unhappy customer

Got to car park. Would not recognise registration. Pressed for assistance. No assistance. Had to take a token to get In. Something I will have to sort out when get back of holiday now. Not impressed

Parking4less

Used for the first time and tried to ring the number to confirm my arrival time at Gatwick. Made multiple calls but didn’t get any reply. On arriving back at Gatwick again made multiple calls but no reply again. The car collect driver and the car return driver did turn up in reasonable time but was left a bit stressed each time.

Always been happy with the service we…

Always been happy with the service we have had in the past......however, came back Christmas Eve to Gatwick from Jersey, called at 1835 to say no baggage, no immigration. Expected my car to be there about 1915 latest. Was joined by another passenger who expected his car at 1930. We tried to call to ask what was happening but no answer. Eventually the other passenger went to get a coffee for both of us as the temperature was 0 degrees !!! My car eventually arrived just before 2000, the other passenger came and sat in my car for warmth while we waited for his car. His car eventually arrived about 2015. Both not too impressed. Gatwick didn’t appear to busy and can only assume it was lack of staff Christmas Eve!!!

Police called when Help-Me-Park refused to return keys.

I left my car with Help-Me-Park Gatwick. On my return I found the car had been damaged. We went through the normal photographing the damage process and I insisted on marking the damage on the form that the driver insisted on me signing. The driver told me that I was not allowed to record the damage on his form and when I did, he refused to give me my car keys.
Eventually the Police were called. and the driver had to be told three times to return my keys.
Unsurprisingly Help-Me-Park have declined to pay for the damage caused, due to a clause that states " Neither We nor Our authorised Agents accept any responsibility or liability for minor dents and scratches to your Vehicle if Your Vehicle was collected when it was dirty or wet or if the light was poor or it was dark, so as to make it impossible to make a reasonable check or take effective photographs of your Vehicle prior to you handing the keys to Us at the start of the Parking Period unless any such damage is proven to be caused by the negligence, wilful act or default or breach of statutory duty of Us, Our servants or Agents."

We're shocked by the treatment you received from Help-Me-Park at Gatwick. We have had a reply from the company and they have offered some compensation and apologies for the member of staff's behaviour and promise it won't happen again.

Excellent service

Excellent service.
Waited less than ten minutes to go to Luton because other customers were dropping off their cars and the mini bus was waiting as I came off the plane to 5he pick up point.
Very slick.
