The process is such, you pay for the parking spot, the ride to the airport, and the return ride back from the airport. HOWEVER, if any of those process pieces fail, Parking Access will take Zero Responsibility for failure, but will assume all responsibility for it's success. They failed to pick me up from the airport, and I had to Uber to my spot after waiting for 35 plus minutes at the designated Courtesy Van location. The Double Tree Hotel took zero responsibility as well. I wasn't even requesting a full refund, just half, heck or reimburse my Uber ride. As a result, they failed to obtain more than 2 stars from me.

i reserved off-site parking at miami int. airport for a 15-day trip. the price was very good and i confirmed the location of the parking facility so i was assured it was legit. but when we got there we were told there was no record of our reservation even though we showed our paperwork with our confirmation code. we were fortunate enough to find an alternate parking site, but it cost us twice as much as we were orignally quoted. i asked parking access to refund the difference, but as expected they ignored my request.

I was very, very pleased to find a parking area with a shuttle. The Best Western staff were excellent. They were polite and kept a book that I accidentally left when first parking , tagged it and gave it back to me upon my return. Very professional.

It was efficient and simple to use. Quick as a bunny to make reservation, pay, and get confirmation.

I reserved a parking spot two months in advance of when I'd use it, then cancelled the reservation that same day. I only got refunded a partial amount, and I've been attempting to work with customer service for over a month now to fix this. I've repeatedly had the customer service agents not take the time to read previous messages (since different agents answer) or actually read the email they were replying to. Ridiculously poor customer service and I'd advise going elsewhere.
