THEY IGNORE DISABILITES AND MEDICAL CONDITIONS!

I am certified legally blind and I have a blue badge. I also have Type 1 diabetes, which is a life-long autoimmune disease. My husband is my eyes and also drives me wherever I need to go. On 10/03/2025, we parked at a Starbucks to get a drink, but popped into a shop next to the Starbucks first. While in the other store, I began to have low blood glucose levels. If you don't know, this can lead to several issues, including blacking out and death. I had things in the car that would raise my blood sugar, but I advised my husband to start heading home in-case I needed to go to the hospital. I wanted to be able to go the hospital that I'm familiar with as the blindness makes me nervous when I'm in unfamiliar places. We ended up not going to Starbucks and, luckily my blood sugar came back up to a safe level in the car. We then got a parking ticket from these people. I appealed and explained what happened, attaching my blue badge and certificate of severe visual impairment. They didn't acknowledge or accommodate my disability e.g. by calling me so I could speak to someone. They then sent me a copy and paste letter, with zero information about the appeal, where the only personal details was my name, car reg. and vehicle number. They are shocking at customer care and they won't offer any accessibility options. They also won't read your appeal and will charge you the fee no matter what. Money grabbing and zero care or consideration for anyone.

Robbers

Whilst collecting from a business (charity shop) on one of their sites I fell victim to a silly loophole about having a livered van. Even the IAS, said it was irregular but apparently it wasn’t good enough so had to lose a days wages to pay for someone to give me a ticket, oh wait it’s done via CCTV.

This is an abusive company that has…

This is an abusive company that has syphillis of the soul. Any business that engages with this enterprise on their behalf should be prepared to lose future custom. I visited a local business on a Saturday to find them closed when I arrived. I left after 3 minutes and was unaware that I could be liable for being charged £100 for being there for 3 minutes. As I queried the charge, they have created a situation where you are unable to pay the lesser amount and if you don’t pay they will use use the legal system to harass you. According to Companies House, this business the director J Lecaille has earned over £300K as a reverse Robin Hood, stealing from regular people to enrich himself. Abusers can claim they are acting within the law, but their actions are immoral. The arc of justice is long and these companies will be held to account like the PPI scammers have been through a class action lawsuit and one day we will get our money back that has been taken in immoral ways.
