This app is awesome

This app is not user friendly. I got a citation because I I have two vehicles and by default the app selected the wrong one. I payed parking for three hours and still got a ticket. It is upp to you to find the issue and correct it. Bad interface.

It's very east to use and it's way easier to add time and don't need to walk back to the meter if your running behind

It’s just a great app. My only issue with it is the parking attendants that VERY often still issue tickets without checking to see that the car has paid for parking. It becomes extremely frustrating needing to fight the charges made in error. If i had any feedback it would be to some how optimize the lechones the parking attendants are using to scan for cars so that they no longer do this to people. It is problematic. Otherwise i love this app and the park mobile system. Thank you for creating it!!!!

I would rate 5 out of 5 if I didn’t get ticket at the Huntington Beach during my hours parking.

I purchased show tickets to ASO early March and needed to purchase parking tickets too. ASO parking was sold out and they recommended a few available options close by, I chose Midtown Plaza 1360 Peachtree St. NE Atlanta, GA 30309 and paid $18.40 for parking online and was provided the bar code to scan at entry. The email receipt was for ParkMobile. When I tried to enter the Midtown Plaza parking, the bar code did not work. When I pushed the help button, I was told Midtown had nothing to do with the bar code not working and that I needed to take it with ParkMobile. I tried to explain that I chose one of the options provided by ASO and the selection was Midtown Parking address and not ParkMobile, but the operator said that was nothing she could do about it and that I had to take ii up with ParkMobile. I ended taking a new ticket and had to pay $20 more for parking.

After the show, it took nearly 30 minutes to get out of the parking deck because all the other drivers were trying to call the operator to get their parking credit back for having paid online. The issue could have been handled better by Midtown Plaza Parking, and they should have been the ones to take it up with ParkMobile, not the customers who were forced into choosing to park there and automatically processed for payment by ParkMobile. What a terrible experience I would not recommend parking there again.

The app is really easy to use anybody could use it. I really love it.

I think you should have the option to stop the parking charge at anytime I already experienced situations where I had to leave the spot and had to pay for the entire hour booked.

. The userablity of the app

Very Convenient for parking where you don’t have to to go feed money to machine bc everything is at your finger tips via phone. It alert you when time is running out so that you can add money to your parking. It’s the best app for parking !!!!
