STAY AWAY
If I could give this place zero stars I absolutely would. Please run as far as you can from parkside motors, they are the worst dealership I’ve ever had to deal with. I was going to proceed with a part exchange with them and after changing my mind and informing them the next day I didn’t want to go ahead, they told me that they would inform the finance company and the deal would not go ahead. This was a bold face lie as the finance company confirmed that they hadn’t received anything regarding a cancellation from the dealership at all. For over a month I had to chase them multiple times to get them to rectify this issue, to which they do not answer any emails at all and when you try and speak to a manager they say that a manager will call you back and they don’t. The part exchange was never completed as I never actually got the car I was swapping my old car with, and To make matters worse they continued advertising the car I was meant to swap my old car with but yet refused to tell the finance company that the sale hadn’t proceeded- making me financially liable for a car that I had never ever had, owned or was even in my possession- the car was still at the dealership! Stay far away from this dealership if you like having a sound piece of mind and also like not having to deal with constant stress, headache and drama. This company only cares about profits and sales, not about people at all. They are terrible when it comes to any type of written correspondence, will agree everything verbally but not do anything when it needs to be emailed across. Only a month later the issue has been rectified after several complaints to the finance company, with parkside motors not doing anything to help and ignoring all emails but acknowledging they’ve seen them. If you want a dealership that is helpful when it comes to putting a sale through and completely unhelpful with everything else then put your hard earned cash to parkside motors. If not, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!
