Extremely poor communication
Extremely poor communication, refund eventually received but it took longer than it should of. Thefirst two staff members where very aggressive towards me and the problem was only rectified when a third person answered the phone and helped me.

Ordered a right wing for my caddy
Ordered a right wing for my caddy. Sent it straight to the spray shop still in the package to be sprayed. Upon picking up my wing from the sprayers i noticed i was given the wrong wing. Was told it cant be replaced as ita been sprayed. The only offer i got was to buy another wing. Which has cost me another £200 in total. customer service told me it was my fault even though its their incompetence that failed to check what stock they are sending out in the first place.

5 star rating !! I ordered a wing and it came quicker than expected by 3 days mate!! Came in a nice box with some foam plastic thingy but yeah the item was safe!! fitted just fine!! I was impressed.
