Part came in good condition with the right packaging. But did nearly take one week after I placed that order

Ordered a product it was what is said and it fitted good job.

Received parcel, contents was damaged emailed the images over and etc and no response

I would not wish anyone went through what I went through yesterday. Wouldn’t even wish it on my worst enemy. I was in desperate need of a wing for my vehicle when I found the listing on gumtree from parts busters and I was told by the contact number to come to their branch in Dagenham. I drive 1hr 20mins just to get there and to find out no one was there, the contact number wouldn’t answer the phone and neither did their customer service line. I waited for another 1hr thinking this is some sort of joke and called more than 20times on the number I was given but no response. This was my first experience with the company and they wasted my time/efforts and everything I stand for. Consider other places before even giving them a call.

Whilst the bumper arrived in good time and was a good price, wrong colour sent. Pic showed white and got black. Tried contacting several times and no response. I've now boutique 3 tins primer, 3 correct colour spray paints and a tin of lacquer not to mention time spent doing it

I have just purchased 1x VW golf bonnet
& 1 pair of VW golf front wings. I would just like to say the service was excellent.
I took delivery today within 24 hours of ordering.
The delivery driver rang 1 1/2 hours prior to getting to me he also rang when 5 minutes away.
He was very polite and helped me check the parts for damage which there was none

Well ordered parts audi a4 front wings. Turned up 5 days later went to fit them wrong 1s sent out. Fine no problem get in touch and sort it out surely??. Well good luck on that 1!!!!! Land-line not recognised mobile not answered wats app opened but ignored live chat ignored email ignored!!!!! So how do you get in contact?? All i want is the right parts so i can get car into body shop. Quick enough to take money but obviously dont want to rectify there mistakes!!!!!

I ordered my part on 10/01/2021 and shortly received an update stating my part had been partially shipped. I still haven’t received my order and despite try to contact Partbusters several times for an update (via email, online chat, and online portal), no one has bothered to contact me to give me an update. I am now requesting to cancel my order however dear that no one will even respond to this request!

Partbusters is the place for all car body parts under one roof. I came across them online, the price and quality was perfect. I even called there office and was impressed by the service, policy they have which made me even more satisfied with my purchase. I would 100% recommend Partbusters.
