Don’t ever buy anything from this website they are scamming, I have purchased something two months ago, I received a order number. After that I have never been sent an email, never received the item or anything I have sent multiple emails to them trying to reach out to them, and they have ghosted me never buy anything from part cycle terrible experience in terrible customer service.. I would leave 0 stars if I could

I bought a part for my vehicle that after I tried installing it realized I didn't order the correct part. I simply tried to return the part and the seller denied my return. When I messaged him I was told that I didn't return the part. The problem with that is the seller has to accept the return which produces a return label. The seller stopped responding to my messages and I reached out to PartCycle twice and didn't even receive a response.

I waited an extra week for my item to be delivered just for them to refund me the money with no explanation which was in fact a waste of time and effort. I will never use this site or recommend it to anyone. There are multiple reviews of this website using people to buy an item and then not respond to them when it's time for them to ship it of get a tracking number they just ignore all the emails and messages sent from you.

I would not even give them one star worst customer service ever bought a trans they said was good well paid to have put in was a red milkshake coming out of trans was in a flood or sat in the rain. I have called their number 3 times in the last week left message each time to call me never got any call dont buy anything from this place you will get ripped off and wont get a refund just a bad part smmfh i am so pissed

I ordered a engine for about 2900 with supposedly 150000m got the engine put in for about 2000 and the engine was crap rod knock if they inspected it like they said it no possible way I would have received this junk I’ll keep the form posted on this process cause I want all my money and the extra days I’m down 👨🏼‍⚖️

I ordered from here because I read a review about how easy their return policy was if something was wrong with the part you ordered - figured it was safe to order. I've been trying to do a return for 2 months and they won't send me the information i need. I've gotten 3-4 emails saying someone will contact me in 2 days and noone ever does. Don't waste your money on these people.

;( very Communication I ordered a engine assembly but the engine did not fit in my car no one ever answers my phone I left like thousands of message never ever left my phone does anybody know what is their phone number I contact them by email nobody ever contact us back I pay $990 for my engine and didn’t get nothing back for two weeks I’ve been trying to contact them this is a scam I think please do not fall for it very very poor company

Looking for a rear view morrow see it online for $37 with this company. Click to order it's now $41. They need to get their material corrected. Stick to the salvage yards.

Unfortunately part did not work. Refund was offered and received in a couple days. Awesome company to deal with. Fast and Friendly. Will buy from them again

If i could i would give them 0 stars!!! They took the money before the part was shipped( which it says it doesnt take the money till the part is shipped on their site). The part was sold to someone else. We have reached out about the refund, they say it has been fully refunded and we have nothing and NO pending refunds..... So they stole $700 from us. Our card says no refund is pending they say they refunded it and its out of their hands!! Shop somewhere else and save yourself time and money!!!

Parts came packaged in good condition and worked great.

I ordered a used 1994-2004 Ford Mustang front spindles the left side came and it was in great shape, but the right side was so badly rusted I would be afraid to put it on my car. I called to complain and they directed me to the proper process. Within 24 hrs. I received an email say I would be getting full refund. Everything worked out great I re-ordered another spindle and all is well.

PartCycle is hands downs your go to place for quality parts at a quality price. I had 0 issues with my order from submission to receiving the part. It even came 2 days earlier than projected. I recommend anyone and everyone to shop here for all your needs.
