Not as advertised.
Ordered an instrument cluster from PartCycle with advertised mileage of 142,000 miles on the odometer December 20 - received it a week later and installed it on 01/24/21. Discovered miles on the odometer to be 204,000 miles. My objective is to show the approximate miles of the engine and transmission I installed in the truck. Advertised condition was not as advertised. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Part Not Compatible and Past 30 Days
I ordered a car seat and found that the wiring wasn't compatible with my car. I was going to try to change the wiring to make it fit, but decided to call a mechanic instead. The mechanic knew about the situation and told me that there was no way that the seat would ever be compatible with my car's wiring. So I wrote to one of the PartCycle representatives stating what happened and asked if I could do an exchange or something. He said that because it was past the 30 return period that it wasn't possible. Now I'm stuck with a seat that doesn't activate my car's airbags or seatbelt sensor. I feel that there should have been a way to know that the seat was not compatible. Also, 30 days may be fine for an auto shop to know if it's the wrong part, but as an individual I don't always have time to figure everything out right away.

'03 Tacoma Transfer Case
I have a 2003 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 and was in need of a transfer case. I searched all over the internet and couldn't find one until I came across PartCycle. They actually had several options to choose from and now my 4 wheel drive works as it should. I will certainly do business with them again if the need arises.
