They have the absolute best customer service! The part I needed was very hard to find. It was the rear subrame for a 2009 Nissan Murano AWD. They ensured it was the correct part and the price was more than reasonable!

I placed the order then it was cancelled the next day by the seller. I had continuous contact with Partcycle. There was a mixup by the seller thinking it was being shipped to a residential address. After the little bit of confusion, my part arrived quickly on time. I could not have asked for better communication from a company!! Thank you!

The intake looked like they cut the hoses and wires and removed it from the engine without any cleaning and put bubble rap on top and bottom then through it in a box. When I received it, part of the intake was sticking out of the box. I cleaned it up and it looks like it’s going to be ok. Time will tell.

Shipping for the transmission took much longer than I had expected (approx 2 weeks from order date). That being said, it arrived without damage. Was installed and seems to be working properly, to date. Happy to have my SUV back in operation again. Thanks!

Part was half the cost of one the dealer promised but could not deliver. It was used but like new when it arrived at no mailing cost to me.

I needed a part for my 2014 KIA and was having trouble finding one. I found PartCycle and was happy to see they had several in stock to choose from. Shipping was fast, but unfortunately the package was lost through Fed Ex. Part Cycle was quick to respond to my email, called me immediately and send a replacement part the next day. Super happy with the whole experience and will definitely use PartCycle again.

Hard to come buy part for a decent price. Part was received a day earlier than expected and was in the condition as advertised. Carrier of package was a little careless with the handling but part was wrapped with heavy duty bubble wrap and was undamaged upon receipt. Direct fit and worked great. Gave dealership a little trouble to reprogram but other than that I’m satisfied with the purchase. Will definitely consider being a return customer.
