Recently visited the Staines store (multiple times I may add) as the service there is second to none. I was served by three lovelies ladies, Chloe, Lily and Kayleigh, and all three of them knew exactly what they were talking about and whatever I was explaining, they were able to bring to life with the balloons and decorations. All three were very polite, friendly and funny. Although I was served by three people, they also continued to serve other customers, but never made me feel like I was being a pain (I did have a lot of questions).
I would like to thank them all and say thank you for making the last few weeks a little easier when it came to getting the right decorations for the events I have been organising.

Great balloons, really easy service - order online and collect. On the pricey side, but good experience.

Payed for banners never arrived. Came by cab. Phoned shop a few times no one answered.

I always use Partica to order my party balloons and they never let me down. The balloon bouquets are always beautiful without exception, and all the helium balloons seem to last forever - literally weeks and weeks! Delivery is always right on schedule and if you ring them on the morning of delivery they’re always able to give you an accurate delivery time. Really really great service!

Excellent service. The day before I was picking my balloons up I was called and told one of the balloons I ordered was not in stock. I was offered an alternative and when I picked them up they were better than what I ordered. My son was a very happy boy!

I ordered what I wanted off the website, went to pick them up and they didn’t have anything that I had ordered in the shop. They shouldn’t of allowed to order to go through. Had to decide on other balloons but wasn’t 100% happy with them

Absolutely top service from everyone we dealt with online (Both Hannah and Zsof - who was also particularly helpful in store and had superb product knowledge. Never met Hannah but she was excellent online. Everyone in store were so professional, helpful, kind, considerate and was quite taken back to find that all of the staff were so wonderful. Thank you.
