THE WORST BUSSINESS EXPERIENCE POSSIBLEhad the absolute worst experience…

I had the absolute worst experience with partshub usa today ! Do not do business with these people ! I ordered a part and was told i had to pay to return it and they are going to charge a 20% restocking fee ! They have no custome service experience at all ! The best thing i can tell you is take your bussiness to a company that helps there customers ! This is the worst company i have run into while rebuilding my 69 nova ! STAY CLEAR OF THIS SHAM COMPANY !

Items not in always in stock even though site says 2-3 days for delivery

Made an order for a coffee machine part. The site listed 2-3 business days for delivery but after 3 days I had heard nothing and when I called they said it wasn't a stock item so had to wait for it to come in. I pointed out that their site stated it was 2-3 business days. They did refund delivery but were unwilling to use a quicker courier.

Parts eventually arrived and were fine.

A week later I needed another part... Same problem. Their site states 2-3 days but one of the parts was out of stock so delayed delivery

Products are fine but delivery times are misleading. Bear this in mind when ordering

Ordered parts for a vacuum

Ordered parts for a vacuum. One item arrived faulty. They wouldn't exchange it, only offered a refund. Said they sold item by mistake at too low a price so couldn't exchange! Unable to escalate complaint as their customer service dept. ignore emails. Shocking service and excuses. They are not following EU rules which mean any faulty goods they supply should be replaced.

Ordered a item by mistake emailed them four times to cancel but no reply.
I went to send it back today and was told it whould cost me £24.72 as returns address is in the Nederlands .
They advertise uk ? Stay away from this company

Ordered replacement freezer compartment …

Ordered replacement freezer compartment door for Smeg refrigerator. Price with VAT and postage was less than £12. I was a little bit wary at first (as RRP is £95) but gave it a go as the cheapest I could find elsewhere was around £27 and I paid through PayPal for buyer protection. When I found bad reviews of company after I had ordered I was very worried - especially when I got an email to say there was a stock discrepency and dispatch would be delayed. They didn't update their website to say it wasn't in stock either! However, I needn't have worried as a week after I had ordered the part it arrived safely. I was able to keep track of the parcel from when it left the Netherlands 32 hours before!! I would use again. Maybe only the people who have had bad experiences make the reviews, rather than those who have a good experience.

Great price and good service

I was wary after reading some reviews, but I must admit the service and price was great. They said my part wasn't in stock but kept me fully updated. Would definitely use again. My order was only delayed two days. Quality part received.

Absolutely ridicules service.

Absolutely ridicules service.
I'm still waiting for a delivery after 1 month and half.
First they claim they had no address, then the address was incomplete, then the address was wrong.
After a while the package was damaged and resend. Agreed on a delivery date, they never came, but the tracking was saying "refused by the consignee". Another time I was absent. Then they promise me to leave the parcel at the nearest post office for me to collect, but it never happened. Now the driver says, delivered, and for them there's no problem at all.
Calling the phone number is a big waste of time, asking for refund incredible difficult.
Not sure at all they're legit.

Absolutely a joke of a company. Don't give information on anything. Courier turned up unannounced for a return. Refund not given after more than a week. Stay away from these.

A brilliant service

What a brilliant service

Ordered a rather obscure kitchen appliance part on Saturday evening, delivered this morning, (the following Friday, fitted and working by lunch time.

Their information flow is superb and their parcel tracking system up there with the best.

I ordered before reading the reviews and was made a little nervous, but I can certainly say I will be using them again. For my needs they are the benchmark to beat.

Awful - nothing less than thieves

I ordered a replacement head for a braun 9 series shaver in November 2016, they deducted the money from my Paypal account and then sent me several emails saying that the item was not in stock. On 20th January 2017 I requested a full refund and they replied on 24th January to say that I had been refunded. I checked my account and no funds had been refunded, I continually emailed them - most of which were ignored. Then I emailed them on 14th February saying that I still had not received a refund to which they replied that they refunded me on 8th February and would not pay anything else, then continued to wish me a Happy Valentine's day! Very Professional!!!! Again I checked my account and nothing had been credited. I have escalated the issue with PayPal - avoid this company at all cost. They should never have deducted my account before dispatching the item - especially as they knew it was out of stock. Nothing but thieves!!

good service

They did everything they said they would do. Part was easily tracked and delivered on time and courteously. This was a microwave part that was not available on any other website in the UK, so extremely pleased with the outcome.

PLEASE DONT IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS..

After reading bad reviews I shouldnt have ignored them and went elsewhwere. Now after waiting a while on my part I emailed them (which they should have informed me first) to see where my parts was. Told me it was out of stock and they were waiting on delivery for it from their supplier, so why the hell did they take my money letting me believe it was in stock? Better still every email I send now they send the same one back all the time. Now cant get through on the phone and no luck on email. Border line illegal. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!! Should be shut down. Disgracefull

Sold a fake

Be careful of partshub.co.uk They have simply failed in every single respect. Spare part is not genuine, so doesn't match or indeed work at all. Forget their Customer Service as they keep you on hold indefinitely and have not responded to emails. Poor quality, poor service. Better off going elsewhere. You have been warned!

Gave up after month

I wish I'd googled them before buying as the reviews from another website say it all, dreadful. My experience mirrors all of the others, they don't carry stock and always seem to have difficulty getting hold of stock. I ordered 4 items at £120 and after 2 weeks I queried the items whereabouts, I was told they were experiencing difficulties getting hold of the items and to hold on, we're now a month in and I've had to cancel the order as I'm going on holiday and even if they do ship there'll be no one here to accept delivery. But from what others have said getting a refund may not be all that simple but I paid by Paypal so at least I have backup.
