Ordered part over a year ago which arrived very quickly. It was under warranty and when contacting parts in motion customer service was excellent. All dealt with professionally and efficiently. Refund issued same day. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Most dunce-like performance ever! Seriously - they did not ship to the Shipping Address ie where obviously the car is. Hate to point this out to a business but Billing addresses relates only to card payments not to Shipping. I live in Bath with no car as my car is in Fonthill. There is a reason why Parts in Motion you have not just 1 address space but have Billing AND Shipping. Now I have to a catch a train or Uber with kgs in weight to deliver my car parts to where the car is!! Everyday I will leave poor reviews as this so so stupid as a mistake and so costly for me!!!!!!!!!

Had issues with the courier (not parts in motion's fault), they went out of their way to make things right for me and got me the part I needed, the emails were replied to promptly and were polite and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and I would be happy to order parts from these again.

This company refuse to accept returns. The exhaust arrived damaged due to terrible welding that meant the o2 sensor could not be inserted. Parts in Motion have been incredibly difficult to deal with and are refusing to have the item collected despite eBay stating it is valid for a return. This company has went rapidly down hill recently and we won’t be using them again.

Just received an order from Parts in Motion with whom I have dealt with for years! Very digustingly, whoever packed those parts in the box took no notice of the bird poo that was splatered across the inner part of the box! Where is the customer care in this!
Bird poo is also splatered on the outside of the box which could be no fault of Parts in Motion! But to have it on the inside of the box as well is certainly their downfall! Who does that! Shocking and disgusting!

Mistakes can happen as we are human and not robots but if they make some mistakes they will make sure they makes you happy in the end . I will return to this company for further car parts orders . Very disappointing delivery service place the order 7 days ago and invoice says next day DPD delivery but nothing like as today is my 7th day chasing for my items and still no sign of delivery. When asked them to check with delivery companies they said we same like you and can't not advise the delivery company just wait all day at home for delivery. Really poor service as they can't help.

Ordered battery on Sunday, was told it would be next day delivery so would be delivered Tuesday, got an email on Monday telling me it was delayed, called them and was told it should arrive Thursday, didn't get any notification from DPD so called them Thursday and was told they didn't know when it would be delivered but might be Friday or Monday, but I couldn't cancel it. It's now been over a week since purchase and still not received. Very poor customer service I had to raise a complaint with PayPal to try to get this resolved.

My son is proudly deaf and autistic. He loves working on his truck with his Grandad. He needed a brake master cylinder so searched on this website and it came up with only clutch master cylinder. He didn’t understand the difference so purchased it. A lot of money that he had saved for. Then my Dad got Covid and was out of action for a few weeks. When he finally was able to come, the mistake was discovered - a couple of days over the 30 day policy. I wrote to them, explaining all the circumstances, the part is still in its packaging and got a flat no to a refund. Don’t expect any humanity or thinking outside the box here. Shame on you Sasha. So disappointing

Ordered a battery with next day delivery at 9.30am on Monday. Received an email a couple of hours later saying that they were experiencing delays in their warehouse but as the order had entered their processing system it couldn't be cancelled! Ridiculous, I wouldn't have ordered from here in the first place if I knew it would take 4 days!. Well it eventually turned up on Friday, I was very tempted to refuse delivery but I'm sure getting a refund would have been a long winded and stressful process. Put a message on your website if you've got warehouse problems or offer cancellation if you can't fulfil. Never again, I will stick with local suppliers for urgent items from now on! Can you tell I'm not happy?

I ordered a fuel pump over Christmas along with a fuel filter received the filter still no pump.
So many of emails to them and they replied then they say the pump has been lost in depot

Specifically ordered a car battery from their website on the promise of next day delivery. Received an email the next day (day of supposed delivery) saying the item was going to be delayed by a few days due to delays at the warehouse. Now I'm stuck with a dead car and having to look for another battery online, just a waste of my time. Don't promise next day delivery if you know you can't do it.

Even after being contacted this company is still insistent on not accepting a warranty claim. They are adamant that they are right, the customer is wrong they try and shift blame to the customer as if they are better than us paying customers. Hiding behind their wording on returns, not honouring policy, not returning the faulty goods either, so they take your money and keep your goods. I have been very polite in this review, I am seething and I refuse to be treated by this sub standard company like this. Prices are cheap for a reason, poor quality items and even poorer customer service, never ever using this sham of a company again. Disgusting.

Ordered parts yesterday and tucked the box asking they check compatibility. Today I received an email saying some of the parts I had ordered were incorrect so they were refunding me. They suggested alternatives that would fit, made by the same manufacturer and similarly priced. First class friendly and efficient service.

After spending the best part of over £850 with parts in motion. there was an incorrect drive shaft order (2 right shafts) that went past their incredibly ridged 30day return policy.
There was no flexibility with their returns policy which has left me with a part I cant use and a bad taste in my mouth. As a result I could not recommend this company and will personally avoid them.
It is a shame they have let themselves down and not for the first time judging by some of the other comments.
