After spending the best part of over £850 with parts in motion. there was an incorrect drive shaft order (2 right shafts) that went past their incredibly ridged 30day return policy.
There was no flexibility with their returns policy which has left me with a part I cant use and a bad taste in my mouth. As a result I could not recommend this company and will personally avoid them.
It is a shame they have let themselves down and not for the first time judging by some of the other comments.

Will never use this company again - they promise next day delivery on their Ebay shop so having ordered a car battery recently on a Tuesday I waited to hear from them that it had been dispatched - after 2 days I rang and was told they could not tell me when it would be sent hopefully on the Friday, as it was a busy time of year! It was despatched on the Friday but unfortunately they use an appalling courier called DX Express who then lied 5 days in a row that my battery was out for delivery but it never arrived. It finally did arrive on Friday 12th December and the packaging was virtually destroyed, which could have been extremely dangerous had the battery casing split.. in addition to which there was no indication externally that it contained a lead / acid battery.
Time from order to receipt was 10 days - all the while without the use of my car!!

I regularly purchase items from this company on eBay and have already bought many products from them. I have never experienced any issues with either the purchases or the deliveries to my shop. They offer excellent prices, often with additional discounts. Truly first-class service.

Ordered turbo hose which I needed quickly so I paid extra for . I tried to contact them using their “Chat” . It is not a chat as they say will email the reply, which they failed to do. I phoned them the next day and was told by a very polite lady that my payment had not gone through and would be returned to my account. Don’t think I will use them again, very disappointed.

Wrong brake pads sent, had to cancel booked service, took 16 days to get money back, poor customer service and no compensation for their inept service and my time printing off returns label repacking and a journey to the post office.

I’ve bought a lot of car parts from this company over the years, and they are usually very good. That’s why I was really disappointed with my most recent purchase — a LUK clutch kit. This is a valuable, important item, yet it was sent in its original LUK box with only a thin piece of cardboard wrapped around it and my address label stuck on.
When it arrived, the box was damaged and all of the components were loose inside, rattling around. For something I spent a lot of money on, I expected it to be packaged properly, ideally in a sturdy outer box with some bubble wrap or padding.
I generally like buying from this company, but this experience really let me down. I hope they take packaging more seriously in the future, especially for high-value parts.
'FYI' after the reply from parts in motion below, I ordered another one and the second one arrived damaged, so they made no attempt to package clutches any differently - shocking, clearly don't care.

Hello, I had a very bad experience with them. I ordered parts and waited more than 1 week for them to be delivered and not even at the moment. They work with royal mail, a very poor quality service. I call them and they make me wait because they are unprofessional to solve the shipment faster or to change the provider. I will not buy from them again.

Company is great and very helpful. Decent prices, good parts. Sadly let down by their delivery courier (who have let me down with deliveries from other suppliers as well) but Parts in Motion excelled themselves in sorting this out.

Took order then told me it could not be dispatched in that time offered to cancell when i did the said warehouse had already packed it and did not cancell, so it was in the warehouse at that time will not refund untill they get the battery back that they had not sent. I had to buy one at local retailer due to not being delivered in 24hrs so i donot need it!

I was recommended to Parts in Motion and so impressed by easy use of their website, great prices and amazing delivery (I chose to pay for next day which was incredibly efficient!). One track rod end was left out of my order which was absolutely no problem as it arrived next day having reported the missing item.
