Am genuinely impressed with the service i received i bought some parts in 3/5/25. had a issue with the parts i bought on 30/10/25. needed the car back on the road so i bought the parts locally at a higher cost that online the price you pay when you cant wait a few days i suppose,

i got InTouch with parts in motion to say i had a issue with parts (i was expecting the wear and tear or we need a mechanics report before we take the parts back line) Not only did Rosie reply quickly she told me what i needed to do fill in a form online and they would get back to me.

next person to message was Dan who informed me that i needed to send the parts back to be inspected before any warranty replacement is covered.
no issue on me sending the parts back the it was good to see that I was not being asked to cover the cost on postage, not many others would do this as its up to the end user to cover the return costs.
i sent the parts back and got a message from Dan a few days later to say the parts were checked and they would refund the money back in my account this was done in a few hours.

I have had issues before when other company's would rather wash their hands and not cover the warranty and say its user error or wear and tear or drag their hands on not doing anything. i was surprised to see it was not the case with Parts in Motion they were amazing from start to finish hope others take notes.

parts in motion is a company i have no issues using again or recommending for parts as the service they offer is one of the best i have used and they would be the next choice for any car parts i require.

I bought a car battery and it arrived cracked. Obvious dissapointment aside they quickly despatched another.

There was a mix up with the courier and they failed to deliver.

Now...P.I.M did not chase me when the package was returned to them but i put this down to them being busy. Not complaining.

So, when i got in touch they despatched again, same day, and it arrived safely next morning.

Price, customer service and quality are all on point.

Buy with confidence.

Have just had a excellent customer service experience from this company to the standard I wish all others would replicate. Special thanks go to Grace in customer service who tended to my requirements very quickly and efficiently also more than fairly.
I had purchased a battery for a large cc v twin unfortunately the battery supplied failed to start the bike, i contacted customer service thru an online auction site and my enquiry was delt with very quickly with no questions asked

Recently had to return a part under warranty, and I have to say that the whole process from start to finish has been up there with some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The team definitely deserves credit!

Requiring several parts for the same vehicle, I email the Sales dept. Less than 24hrs later, Holly had replied with several options for the parts required.
The order was placed and paid. Within 48 hours of sending the initial enquiry, parts were received. Excellent service indeed.

I've been buying parts for over 3 years from them, not once had the wrong part sent to me. Strongly recommend. I've had probably 2 or 3 situations when the parcels were lost in transit or delayed, but that is not in their control, and every time I've contacted them it was a generous and reliable experience.

I recently purchased a clutch kit and DMF from these guys. Unfortunately the clutch kit was missing the slave cylinder. A new CSC was sent out which I thought was great service!

I was provided with a very competitively priced part which, after purchase, I no longer needed. I returned it but it was after their 30 days return window. Despite this, they still offered me a refund which was great customer service.

Having a query about a part I wished to order, I left my enquiry about it and within minutes received a very helpful response from Roxy ... promising to verify the part was compatible with my vehicle, and also to refund in full with paid-for return if I had any reservations about it when received and compared to the original fitted part. This is good old-fashioned, first class, customer first service, that many other businesses and individuals could do well to adopt. Well done Roxy and Car Parts in Motion ... I am very pleased to give you the highest praise, and I fully recommend that others should take note and come to you for their car parts without hesitation.

I experienced a slight problem which was entirely my fault and Parts in Motion were so very helpful by allowing me to return the item and then re-imbursing me for the full amount. I could not have asked for a kinder consideration because the staff were so helpgul during the process.

We had a defective part on one of our repairs that we purchased via Parts in Motions eBay shop. Charlie was quick to deal with our issue, and advised due to value of part and the disruption it has caused us to refund and ask us to dispose. We were refunded within 24 hours. Very easy and quick resolution. 5 Stars!

I recently had an issue with a defective part I purchased from Parts in Motion, and I’m genuinely impressed with how quickly and professionally Rico handled it. Within just two days, they turned everything around—diagnosed the issue, arranged a replacement, and ensured I was back up and running. Great communication and customer care throughout. Highly recommended!

Initial order was sent very fast, arriving next day. As can happen, a part was missing but this was dealt with by Holly super fast getting the missing part out the next day. Choice of courier - DHL - also very good.

My mechanic has recommended this company to me. Good brands of the car parts in the cheapest price I could find .Also, quick delivery service. Definitely come back in the future- once needed.
