Do not waste your money on PassFab FixUWin. It is a complete fraud. I purchased the software to fix a Windows issue, and it failed to do anything it promised.

More importantly, be extremely careful with your billing: they try to set up automated recurring payments on your card without clear consent. Even though the product doesn't work, their "30-day money-back guarantee" is a lie. They will ignore your refund requests or give you endless excuses to keep your money. This is a predatory company. Stay away!

The software does not work.
It completely failed to unlock the ZIP/RAR file.

Refund was refused.
Instead, they demanded my private personal file
or forced me to accept another product.

This is not how legitimate software companies operate.
Buyers should be very careful.

Great software, I couldn't remember a password I was using for an old excel file. This thing broke it open pretty quickly.

I'm very upset. I was looking up infovon how to unsubscribe. Accidentaly I pressed on a product. I was not signado in the acount but somehow the product was added as a purchase! This is totally unfair. And it's been so hard to get to unsubscribe! Do not recomiendo them!

This is an amazing product and the support team is great!

I needed help with opening an Excel file left by my late son and Lynn from support team was very understanding and offered free tral of the software for a month.

We purchased this software in 2025 after researching a number of tools for getting back into a windows system that had been hacked. The software worked exactly as expected, it was simple to create the boot drive and we were back into our system within minutes. I highly rate this software and would recommend to anyone.

Dishonest
I purchased the monthly version of PassFab for Excel to crack the password of an Excel file that had one set. Little did I know that they gave me a free trial of PDNob that turned into a paid version after 7 days. I did not ask for the free trial. I did not use the PDNob product at all.
If it is a free trial, it should be free - not morph into a paid version after 7 days. It should be opt in, not opt out when using underhand ways of offering a free trial like this.
PS - PassFAb for Excel worked great.

I needed to remove Google Lock from my Android phones in order to give them to my grandkids. I attempted many solutions before landing on PassFab Android Unlock. I purchased the software and my attempt failed. I contacted their support and I got a reply giving me more details about how to succeed. Support is outstanding and quick! The software worked!
