The customer service is absolutely outstanding. Currently most online services have put up AI Chat for your interface to support. It's a way for them to not deal with you. At PassFab just create a ticket and someone real who can actually solve your issues will respond promptly. Great work PassFab support. For example, I rebuilt my computer and therefore my lifetime license stopped working. I created a ticket and they set me up and allowed my one more computer assignment.

I developed a program for maritime shipping. They have to send a lot of documents before they can enter the port. Many documents are then secured and can't be accessed. But thanks to PassFab, I can do this and enter the documents into the system so the ships can use them. I highly recommend this.

The software cannot reset any account password in Windows 11.

But when you succeed in resetting it/them by means of a third-party software, which actually works and give this information to the PassFab support, they will not refund you the monthly subscription, because according to their refund policy:

If the customer uses an alternative way to solve the problem, usually we cannot refund. Their refund principle is to refund product quality problems that have no solution !!! :-)

So they do not refund if their product cannot solve the problem—they always keep the first monthly subscription—a clever scam indeed.

It seems the only way of getting your money back is to conceal that you managed to reset the passwords by another tool.

The PassFab 4 Word does what I needed it to do, and the process was easier and more straighforward than competitors. Customer Servcice was excellent: responsive, fast and effective.

I chose this software after trying several others and was pleased to find that it did everything I wanted and worked very well. There are many great videos and tutorials out to help give examples on how to use. I highly recommend Passfab 4Winkey to solve password problems.
